This is the best Chick-fil-A in Richardson. I came in a little before 4pm and eat in. The food was worth the wait and the staff working were very helpful and polite. I ordered the deluxe regular with a large fry.

Chick-fil-a is always amazing but they are always so crowded. They really need larger dining rooms and more space for cars in the drive through. I like the idea of condiment returns and the kids play house looked fun for little ones. We had to eat outside because all the tables are always full. The staff was so nice and everything seemed fairly clean

This is the only chic fil a that gave me the almonds that goes with my grilled market salad. Thank you for paying attention to details. I also ordered the chicken noodle soup, thank you for throwing a couple more saltine crackers for me even when I maxed out. It’s the little things for me that made me write this review. This location have amazing qualities for sure, they are fast and efficient. The staff are always amazing. I just moved down the street and this place will be my go to chic fil an and I’m completely satisfied.

Whoever manages this location should be given a medal. Every time I’ve been (10+) the employees are cheerful, helpful and smiling. Most of them are young and look to be in high school, so whoever is training these kids is doing it right. Despite the high volume of cars, I always get my order within 5 minutes at the window.
