well, I moved away and moved back, and this is the best Chick-fil-A by far. Took my son there today, they were so helpful, they make you feel like a regular all the time. Their customer service is the best their food is fresh. My son had fun at the playground. I will always be back.

I come here about 3 – 4 times a week because I work nearby and most of the workers are nice but there are a few who look like they genuinely do not want to be there. They have a long face and an attitude. This morning I was in the drive thru and the Hispanic lady with curly hair said I ordered something else when I clearly didn’t and she gave me an attitude when I told her if she could make the adjustment because I did not order the second item. She took the sauces and the other food item out of my bag very rudely and seemed stressed that she had to do that for me. I hope a few employees at this location can really start to embrace chick Fil a values. Most of the time I get good service but occasionally this happens where I feel like the workers are rude and lazy.

Arrived at lunchtime (12:30) on Monday 8-14. Went inside to place my order to go. My deluxe chicken sandwich was cold. Lettuce on my salad was brown and the cashier was rude and unfriendly. $12 and didn’t even get a thank you. Do yourself a favor and don’t go to this location.

Worst run Chick-fil-A in DFW. At drive thru pick on 7/22 at 10:15am they had some insolent little brat barking orders at customers and addressing them dismissively without ‘please’, ‘thank you’, ‘sir’, or ‘madam’. Quality control normally expected at this chain has gone down the toilet.
