My order was a takeout, but later at home, I realized they count some tiny chicken nuggets as a full piece, I can’t believe it. I didn’t notice at first as I was eating them without counting, then on my kids’ boxes, that’s when they mentioned about little pieces, then I took photos of it. Next time I will check them at the restaurant.

We always stop here every couple of weeks for a fast food fix. The customer service is friendly and professional. The manners are impeccable! I wish all service industries would model their program. The food is always great, but there’s such a big line. It does move pretty quickly, so you’re never waiting long. They do sometimes forget the sauces when you order on the app, so check before you drive away. Other than that, love this place!

Tonight this place really disappointed us.Chicken deluxe sandwiches were really cold and for some reason flavorless.Our fries were cold ,hard, and stale. Mind you I asked for fresh no salt.Called to speak with a manager by the name of Michael Davis to let him know our fries were bad.He made it sound like we were lying stating it was very unlikely that the fries were stale.First of all why would we waste our time calling to address it.He made it seem as we wanted a hand out saying can you come back .We were home already and I wont be wasting my gas money for a replacement.Second I don’t need coupons. I literally eat there 3-4 times out of the week.Very unprofessional of him to think we would lie about fries lol bless his heart.

Not sure if there’s new management or what, but the past two times I’ve come here, my sandwich has been disgusting. It’s dry, thin, and honestly seems like it was made hours ago. Just doesn’t taste fresh and isn’t up to standards that CFA usually hits. I don’t have this problem with the MacArthur location so I will likely stick to going there. Service here is great.

It is Chick-fil-A, I can’t really complain as I like the food. Unfortunately, this location is slower than any other location that I have been to. The speed is not bad, but it doesn’t compare to that of larger cities.

Placed a mobile order and I’m missing an egg on one of the biscuits I ordered for my wife which I paid extra for. The hash browns taste burnt and one of the other biscuits I have is stale, the bread itself is pretty hard. I’d go back up there myself but I’m too sick to even want to deal with that. Just let down by them because Chick-fil-A is normally on it.

Traffic flowed smoothly today, but my waffle fries were cold and and overcooked. I called in less than 10 mins from leaving and I was advised that I have to come within 24 hours for fresh new L waffle fries and a free sandwich coupon . I’m not returning and so they’re only trying to mail me a sandwich coupon. 8/13/22. I’m going to have to go up the management chain a bit further. I’m not one who usually has an issue but I do today. Who wants cold fries? SMH.
