I love chick- fil-a, especially the ice cream, salad, and chicken nuggets. The people were prompt ,courteous & organized
7/24/25 had a taste for chick-fil-a sandwich, but decided to try the chicken strips w honey mustard dipping sauce, ,waffle fries & lemonade( dine in refill )it was delicious the place was immaculate, the cashier was prompt and courteous ,I enjoyed my meal. I can buy a gallon headed best!

I visit Chick-fil-a pretty often as I’m a signature member. I love their food and service but unfortunately, I found a dark gray piece of plastic in my Southwest Spicy Salad today (4/23/25). It’s about half the size of a tortilla strip. Very disappointed. I have never experienced anything like this before and now my dinner is ruined .

The last at least 20 times I have gotten nuggets here they have been greasy and not crispy at all. Really disappointing. I hope they correct this issue soon cause its consistent. Service is always great just not the food

09-07-2020 really late lunch. Starting off I’m confused why they take your order before you even get to the menu bored like everyone always goes there and remembers what’s on the board on the bright side Chick-Fil-A‘s food is extremely good however you do not get a substantial portion of anything. I got the four chicken strips and it looked like it was from a kids menu. 10 bucks it was well worth the tease but I could’ve went to Popeyes and got so much more. The chicken strips were the size of large shrimp, the fries in the container were only halfway full, the drink was completely full of ice. In three sips the drink was gone. I would return to Chick-fil-A however I would make sure I get something to eat before I go there because if you go hungry you definitely will leave hungry. “The food is so good though”.

Went to the store today with an mobile order, sat in line for 15 minutes before even getting to the speaker to tell them i had arrived once i got to the speaker the young lady stated “we out of food” i proceeded to tell her ma’am i been sitting in this line for 15 minutes before ya’ll closed. this is ridiculous.

Made the mistake of ordering the Cobb salad; Black lettuce, undercooked bacon, and a nice long hair hanging from in between the lids when I removed it from the bag.
EDIT: apparently the lettuce was not black I am just an idiot and it is spring mix. The bacon, black spots on the corn, and hair in the box were still unnacceptable though

I just ordered this sandwich, and there is a big piece of hair. I am EXTREMELY disappointed. It’s disgusting for hair to be in the mouth, and this is someone else’s hair. Horrible!!! YOU ALL NEED TO BE MORE CAREFUL WHEN PREPARING FOOD!!! I’m certain Chick-fil-a does not support this. Are hair coverings being worn?

Great service, curbside ordering makes everything smooth. There’s always a long line, but it moves quickly because of the excellent staff both taking orders and delivering food to drivers. Always a treat.
