Horrible news experience. From the moment you walk in, no one addresses you, it’s unclear whether they seat you or you seat yourself. When someone finally does acknowledge your existence, the wait time is excessively long, the food is decent, and then to get someone to bring you the check is again, and excessively long. The food does not make up for the horrible service. Second time here, first time was just as bad. Will not be coming back.

I’ve given this place plenty of chances since it’s close to my house. But I rather drive farther to get my order correctly and my food done right. This last time I went in and ordered my food inside and they still got it wrong. No bother complaining because they simply don’t care. This place is not what it used to be when it first started. The new owners have really let this place go. Apart from the fact that I got sick from eating the food. I didn’t even enjoy it since it was all wrong.

This is my third time ordering food for pick up. They said 15-20 minutes, and then it is always doble that time. This time is not acceptable 45 mins for a carne asada? Really? When i ask for my order, it is just starting to get prep. I’m not coming back for sure.
