Watched this place being built everyday as I used to pass by going to work in the morning. Today was the first day it opened and you know I had to go there for my lunch. Went in the drive thru. Dyana greeted me and took my order down. I paid with cash and gave my total to Bryan. Bryan gave me my change and I proceeded to pull forward to get my order. Brian B. gave me my order and then told me to have a great day. Dyana, Bryan and Brian B you guys are doing great, don’t stress too much and be relaxed. Keep up the excellent service.

I’ve gone here 4 times and each time I told myself that my experience before must’ve just been a one time thing. No, each time I have came here the service sucks. They get my orders wrong. They ask me what sauces I want then give me none, so I have to go back and get them. Burnt buns, burnt fries, too salty. I don’t see this location staying long unless they pick up their game.

I was very excited when this location opened, however I’ve been here 5 or 6 times and the service sucks. They are extremely slow, even when there isn’t a line, or just 1 or 2 cars in line. More than once when I was handed my food the cashier said absolutely nothing. Not sure if this group of workers was trained with the real Chic Fil A trainers or if the owner decided to break tradition and sent them to McDonalds training facility instead. Needless to say I’m Done! I’ll stick with the other Chic Fil A in Downey on Firestone Blvd.

I’ve been to this Chick Fil A multiple times Ik the drive thru and they always get my order wrong. Service is laughable since they give you an attitude when you tell them the order is wrong.

The restaurant wasn’t busy inside and neither was the drive thru. I went inside and there was no line to order and I ordered a spicy deluxe, just the sandwich itself with nothing else. Took them 14 minutes for me to receive the one item. Service was slow and not worth the wait.

I went today and asked for NO SALT on the fries… the employee said they don’t do that at that location. He said he wasn’t sure why, likely because they just opened. (They’ve been open AT LEAST a month, from what I remember.) He was nice and even apologized for it… but I just can’t believe they won’t do that for a customer! It seems like such a simple request, and if they’re not able to fulfill that, then I wouldn’t expect much from any other request made. I’ll keep going to the other locations (on lakewood and imperial or candlewood and Clark.)

I ordered my food through the application and I made the observation that they filled the box with fries because it has happened to me that they almost only gave me the empty box, when I took out the food at home the box had almost no fries,I called the restaurant to make the order claim and they were rude besides that the service is very slow, it does not compare with the excellent service that other restaurants provide.

Happy they opened this new chickfila near the target in Norwalk. Everything was good and we had no complaints whatsoever. This location took the place of the starbucks and office store that were there previously.
