I just want to start the new year off right and say that Chick-fil-A is a really good place to eat at! The service is awesome and the employees are awesome as well. This location does the best that they can to keep their drive up and mobile drive up lanes, flowing smoothly. If there’s a problem, they solve it! I highly recommend Chick-fil-A, especially the Lindale location! Thank you for everything that you do!

My husband and I got dinner here passing through town. Chick-Fil-A is one of our favorite quick, go-to fast food restaurants because of their customer service and food. Unfortunately, this particular Chick-fil-A’s service was not good. There were a few cars in line and we were in line waiting for about 7 min to give our order and no one said, “my pleasure”. I’m not sure if they weren’t prepared because it was close to closing time or what. Definitely was not up to the Chick-fil-A standards we’re used to. Chick-fil-A has a great reputation for high quality customer service. Don’t get laxed on that .

For my first visit to this CFA, I ordered a salad and was very specific about the ingredients I wanted. Unfortunately, the server made a mistake and rung up my order incorrectly. I pointed out the error to the server when he served us, but he seemed dismissive and didn’t even attempt to rectify the situation. He simply said “okay” and walked away without taking my salad or offering any assistance.
When I informed the server who had rung me up about the mistake, she apologized and corrected the order. However, the second time I ordered the salad, it was completely different from what I had requested. The kitchen had made a mistake and prepared a Spicy Southwest Salad instead of the Market Salad Crispy Spicy Filet (without blue cheese). I was furious and asked for a refund, as the situation was ridiculous.
To make matters worse, my dad’s sandwich was also mediocre. Overall, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at CFA.

When I arrived, I thought the drive thru was closed. That’s why I went inside. I included a couple of photos of the construction. If you’re passing by there and have a craving, it is open for business.
So, I was halfway done demolishing my spicy chicken sandwich and waffle fries when I realized I hadn’t taken a photo. I know they’re not needed all of the time, but I feel weird not doing them. I’d never had the spicy chicken sandwich before. I asked the nice guy who was taking my order if it was super spicy, and he said said no, it should be alright. I love the waffle fries, and I got a half tea/half lemonade drink. It was very refreshing. While I was eating, another nice guy came by my table twice and asked if I needed anything. The second time, I did get a refill on my drink. That was a pleasant surprise. The spice of the chicken was just good enough to make your nose run and your tongue tingle. Nothing unbearable. As I was leaving, I noticed the fancy motion activated trash bins. Yeah, I’m easily amused. It was a great experience, and I was glad I hadn’t gone to the drive thru.

Very let down about the very poor customer service. Guy with short blond hair does NOT deliver excellent customer service as expected. No smile. Needs training. Also this business doesn’t answer the phone when you try calling so enjoy this horrible review

Always a great stop for fresh food and kind service. The staff here are welcoming and the drive thru runs smoothly even when it is busy. My orders have come out hot and accurate and the team is quick to make things right if needed. A solid spot for a quick meal that feels cared for.

Staff are always very polite, service is smooth and efficient. They have never given me a wrong order, got to say that they are the standard other drive-thru places need to emulate.
