They were out of pretzel bites and ice cream. Highly disappointing. I ordered bottomless freckled strawberry lemonade. I waited from about the time our appetizer was delivered till after my dinner was served to get a refill (about 25 minutes) and it was delivered with little ice. Not cold. $4.99 wasted.

My husband and I love this place and service is actually wonderful. All the staff is amazing knd, fast and attentive. What my service rating is about is the fact that at every place we go to they NEVER ask if him and I are ok okay sitting in a mini two person booth. My husband and I have been married for 21 years and we never sit across from each other.

The service was very prompt and courteous. Our waiter Travis was full of energy and he was attentive and very friendly. He recommended adult beverages for us that were very good. I tried a twisted tea for the first time at his suggestion and I loved it. Restaurant is clean. I love the bottomless fries!

The restaurant was extremely busy when we arrived at lunch time on a Sunday. We were seated immediately. The server was very friendly and efficient. Our meals were delicious. The prices great, potions large. We had been traveling all weekend and this was by far the best restaurant food we had. The giant ice cream pie was amazing. My brother remarked that the fish and chips were perfect, not greasy at all. I had the southwest salad. It was huge and full of deliciously seasoned chicken. I was impressed with our visit and look forward to dining at our local Red Robin.

Waited 40 min. For our food. I opened the paper my burger was wrapped in and a limp piece of lettuce was sitting on the outside of the bottom bun instead if inside the burger. The pattie was dry I did not ask for well done. Bun was dry. Whole burger was flavorless ,I could have had a better burger at burger king. The waitress did remove my burger from our tab after I showed it to her.

Our food was delicious. We got such great service from Carrie. She made great suggestions and really knew what she was doing. She kept our glasses full and our food was hot when it came out. She brought extra napkins without being asked and we tried several of the items she suggested and it was all great.

The website estimated our food would be ready in 15 minutes. When we arrived, they said they were “bagging it right up.” 20 minutes later, order was not ready. Called again and asked about the delay. The employee said “oh” and hung up without apology or explanation. Order came out a few minutes later. One of the meals, a wrap, was prepared poorly. It was essentially sauce with some chicken and other unidentifiable tidbits. Fries were overcooked and crunchy. Disappointing.
