Betty’s Burgers – Pacific Fair is an excellent spot for a truly satisfying burger! Having visited both the Pacific Fair and Robina Gold Coast locations, Pacific Fair consistently delivers amazing quality, though Robina just edges it out slightly in terms of service and overall experience.
The burgers are always juicy, fresh, and full of flavor, with perfectly cooked patties, soft buns, and generous portions. Every visit is a treat, and the staff are friendly and efficient, making the experience enjoyable from start to finish.
Compared to Betty’s Burgers in Melbourne, the Gold Coast locations are in a completely different league — Melbourne simply can’t compete with the freshness and quality here.
If you’re on the Gold Coast and craving a fantastic burger, Pacific Fair is an excellent choice, and you can also try Robina if you want the very best Betty’s experience.

Had dinner with my lovely daughter at their Pacific Fair Gold Coast outlet last weekend. For Filipinos, this reminds you of the old Tropical Hut hamburger. Got the Betty’s Classic Stacked – juicy, thick, tasty patties, oozing with cheese, crunchy lettuce, fresh tomato slice, good bun; their special sauce was great. I believe my daughter got Crispy Chicken and fries; they looked great too. My daughter and her husband go here when in Gold Coast. You order at the counter and given a pager. We waited for about 15 minutes – that night there were a lot of customers: parents with kids, teeners and students, and kids do make a lot of noise. We claimed our order when buzzed. Plenty of seats though they can be full at certain times.

We accidentally ordered our food from a different Betty’s location, and Brad helped us sort everything out with a great attitude and a good sense of humor. Super helpful and made the whole situation stress-free!
The food itself was incredible – perfectly cooked, super tasty, and beautifully presented. I also really appreciated the halal-friendly option for those who don’t eat pork bacon – such a thoughtful touch that makes a big difference!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ No surprise the reviews are so high. This place absolutely deserves every star! Betty’s Burgers at Pacific Fair is hands down the best I’ve had. The food is not only cooked to perfection but also beautifully presented. Each bite tastes fresh and absolutely delicious. And don’t even get me started on the thick shakes. They are without a doubt the best in Australia and the world!
I’ve been to several Betty’s Burgers locations around the country, especially in NSW. My usual spots are Miranda and Bondi and while they were fantastic when they first opened, over time, the quality of both the food and shakes has been hit or miss. It’s been a bit disappointing, honestly and I haven’t been back as often. If they were to provide the same as Pacific Fair we would definitely be back more often.
However, the Pacific Fair location was an absolute game-changer! Everything was top-notch. Zyneal made my thick shakes and they were beyond amazing – thick and full of flavour as a thick shake should be. The only downside was that there was just one person behind the counter, so I had to wait a little longer than usual for my drinks. But honestly, Zyneal’s friendly attitude, professionalism and big smile more than made up for the wait. She went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and her customer service was truly outstanding.
This is by far the best Betty’s Burgers in Australia so be sure to try it out! And a special shoutout to Zyneal for making my experience that much better. She truly deserves to be recognised for her exceptional customer service! I forgot to take pics of the thick shakes.
