This is my second time at this location. I hadn’t had chick-fil-a in years! Customer service is above anything around. Wait time was very short and honestly we both dined full meals and he had a shake for about 20 bucks. Worth every penny. The dining area was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The owner was here this time and he was nice as well even recommended a honey bbq sauce we hadn’t tried before and husband loves it now. This was his first time ever and he is impressed. Good job guys what a wonderful experience today above par.

The food was delicious as always at a Chick-fil-a. Enjoyed the pretzel bun that is currently here. The service of the food was quick. The atmosphere is relaxing here and the service of the employees is above and beyond. Noticed one employee, Eric, always helping all of the customers in the dining area and making animal noises for the children to guess.

Had breakfast here the other morning. We received our order in a timely manner at the table. Everything was as ordered, fresh, hot, and tasted great. Very clean and welcoming environment. Definitely recommend trying a morning dine-in experience.

I placed an online order, proceeded to the restaurant, went in, and waited for my order to be fulfilled. I was approached two times by a ‘helpful’ employee who asked my name, checked on the order, and then told me I had placed my order at the wrong location. I could see on the app that I was at the correct location, but I didn’t want to fight with her as she was absolutely sure I had screwed up. I went to the other location, and my order was not there. So I returned to the original location, and there sits my order on the ‘to go’ shelves. The employee who sent me on a wild chase, saw me come back in, and quickly turned her back. I’m sure this happens frequently, and I was willing to let it go until she completely turned her back to me. I have cancer, I am already fatigued from treatment, and she had me going all over to find my food…then can’t even muster an ‘I’m sorry’.
Edited to add. Chick Fil A extended an apology for their employee. I am still a loyal customer. This event wouldn’t have changed that. I was just put off at this employee’s astonishing lack of customer service when I’ve never had this occur at any Chick Fil A prior to this.

Great experience at Chick-fil-A! The service was excellent, the food was fresh and delicious, and the staff did a fantastic job keeping the dining/lounge area clean and comfortable while I sat and ate. Everything was handled with care and professionalism. Highly recommend!

Staff great. Dining room clean and serviced. Food fresh. This location is also heavily involved with community giveback. Yes the company as a whole has/had some social issues that are hard to ignore but THIS location and franchisee are outstanding and deserve a chance. Thank you all.

Sitting in the drive through for THIRTY FIVE MINUTES is NOT the Chick Fila way!!! Removing the humans from the ordering process makes you no different than McDonald’s, especially when the people taking the order via the awful speaker system have zero sense of urgency OR efficiency. This location deserves 0 stars based on customer service alone

The line moved very slow. 45 min wait to get my food. When the order was wrong the persona at the drive through window just argued with me and didn’t offer to make it right. Very very dissapointing. The service here has go down in the last year.
