We visited on a Saturday afternoon around 2, it wasn’t too busy. This Chick-fil-A is set up nicely. We were able to order right away, the food came out quickly and it was hot & fresh.

i placed an online order a few minutes before breakfast ended. when scanned the code in the drive through and it cancelled my order bc it was 1 minute after breakfast ended. i had no way to get out of this line or do another order so i pulled ahead. some girl was in front and sat there for 15 minutes before someone finally asked her about her order and she said it was a breakfast order that got cancelled like mine and they said they couldn’t do anything about it. there should definitely be a disclaimer that if people aren’t at the restaurant to scan the code by 10:29a, their order will be cancelled. what was more frustrating that the employees were not being proactive in figuring out why a car has not gotten their order for 15 minutes. i was trapped in a line where i wasn’t going to get the food i wanted and no one was helping moving it forward.

Well gosh this store has taken a nose dive in food quality and how it was prepared. Very disappointing. Tenders were ok. Definitely not fresh from the fryer as they were sitting around a few minutes. The 8 count we also go was not the usual crispy with good flavor. Our warm cookies were ice cold. Geez can I get a refund? Dinner was ruined. Definitely not coming here next time. I will make the drive to Carmel.

There are two drive-thru lines. I expected a quick lunch but had to wait. I understand you guys are busy. I ordered extra pickles and got one extra. The mayo I wanted on the side was not in the bag. Also the spicy chicken that I ordered was not the normal. It was the consistency was very gummy. It wasn’t what I was used to.

I love CFA so much but the service on our last visit was… awful. Got my order wrong and then all but accused me of lying when I asked them to fix it, when my son ordered a shake they let it sit there (while handing other people their food) until I asked about it, trash badly overflowing… glad this isn’t my regular CFA is all.
