I don’t usually do reviews but I couldn’t help. My team and I went for a quick lunch break to grab take out. My sandwich was not in the bag when we got back to work. One of the managers bought the sandwich to our location, Wellbrooke of Westfield. This was greatly appreciated because we are on limited time and the residents require a lot from all staff. We greatly appreciate you guys. Its the little things when you are serving a community of seniors.

Ordered the grilled Nuggets yesterday and I’ve been up all night from food poisoning. They seemed a bit slimy but I’d never had them before so I wasn’t sure if that was normal or not and still ate them. I’m not gonna say anything bad as I come here all the time and it’s always great. Just wanted to make this known.

The place was lively and busy with many families around, creating a cheerful and energetic atmosphere. The food was delicious and the kids really enjoyed it. We’ll definitely be back!

While I prefer not to patronize such establishments game recognize game. This is the only location that doesn’t routinely mess up my order. Sometimes I’ll go in to order because I’m weird like that and the place is always super clean and the employees are friendly.

There were like 5 travel baseball teams packed like sardines in and around the building. No joke. The parking lot looked like a Walmart during black Friday with cars wrapped around the road waiting. Went inside to order and still got our food in 8 minutes. That place was ran better than the navy and the food was fresh and good as always. There was a worker with down syndrome who was making mistakes working the floor. The lady who appeared to be a manager in a Grey shirt had such an awesome and helpful demeanor when speaking to her and explaining what she did and why its wrong. Best Chuck fil a I’ve been to.

We ate dinner here for a little night out with the kids. An employee here Pete, really made it a great experience. He was kind, checked on us a few times, and even got us refills. He was such an excellent example of a customer focused representative. When we were leaving we even remembered another past positive experience with Pete.
Come get yourself some chicken, and see if you can meet Pete! I think he’s just an awesome person in general and we were blessed to get to meet him.

Fries were filled half way for a 2nd time. Went through drive thru at 9:30pm tonight and 2 weeks ago. It is wrong to treat customers this way.

Asked for 50% ice. 90% ice in my sweet tea is what I got.
Update: I came back and they gave me a drink for free. Good customer service.
