This place is so slow and has been ever since it first opened. I thought that since they’re not new anymore, they’d be faster and not mess orders up as much. I haven’t been to this location since they first opened due to how slow they are but it has been a long time like 2, 3 years I’m not sure how long it has been since they first opened but it has been a long time so I gave it a try today since they’ve been in business for awhile. After I got off work I came to this Chick-fil-A, the line out to the street. I said to myself “maybe it’ll go fast” I waited in line for 25 minutes and by the time I got to the speaker I didn’t even place my order I just left and had to wait longer to get out the line. They had one girl working outside talking orders sitting in a little Chick-fil-A tent or whatever they call it then they had one girl running the food out to the customers. I wanted a salad but not that bad from that location I just left and went to the one down the street. That was horrible. The local Chick-fil-A’s have long lines also but they’re fast and have more than 1 person taking orders. The other lane was a mobile order drive thru line so it just held the line up longer because usually, the good Chick-fil-As have 2 lanes working with 2-4 people.

Walked in about 25 minutes till closing, we were greeted with a “ just so you know we close in 20 minutes “, fully aware walking into the restaurant to get a late dinner. We then received our food that was burnt fries stuck together, crew was just sitting around the dinning room goofing off. Definitely will not be back to this location.

This is now the second time that this location has screwed up my order. I waited in the drive-through for like 40 minutes And they ended up giving me someone else’s order. I tried to call and I got hung up on, the first time was because the girl said, “hold on one second” and then hung up on me . And then they hung up on me again when I called back, two times because they “couldn’t hear me” and blamed it on their phone. I was a server and I worked in food service since I was 16 years old so I completely understand that when you’re having a bad shift, complaint calls can be really frustrating, but I’m probably the most understanding person and this behavior was just really rude. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

The service is terrible and the food never seems fresh. We ordered a kids meal for our daughter and the ice cream cup and her grilled nuggets had hair in them. Not like an eyelash or small hair, the hair was wrapped around the nuggets. Absolutely disgusting!!! We called and asked if they would re-make the meal and the manager, a young woman, sounded annoyed and seemed like she didn’t want to fix the problem. We walked in, showed her the food, she confirmed the hair and acted very inconvenienced and unwilling to make it right. She begrudgingly handed us the nuggets and half a container of ice cream and did nothing compensate the customer after the hassle. The employees were talking and laughing in the back asking what did the hair look like as if out were a big joke. Very disrespectful staff. The new staff members need to learn customer service skills. This will probably be the last time we ever step foot in this location.

Whether you’re picking up a mobile order dining in getting takeout or even DoorDashing… The service here is always the same poor attempt. The older woman with the glasses around 130 today that tried to wait on my group on counter it was so discourteous and unwelcoming we will never eat here again.. it’s not that hard to do this job, just pretend like you care and serve the guest no matter what they’re there for.. I didn’t catch your name but this woman’s attitude said it all.. it’s been like this for years, how do you not know that you have employees dissatisfying your guests I don’t get it… It’s no wonder the one in the mall folded up like a lawn chair… Unbelievable, just truly unbelievable.. I I feel bad for the dashers who come in here especially because they’re always rude no matter what, I’ve even seen it with my own two eyes while I’m in there just simply trying to order for me and my family, and the way they treat these people trying to pick up other customers orders is just garbage..

I’m happy that we have a Chic Fil A location so close. The food is always great! We never have a complaint with the food. And the staff is always smiling, happy, and friendly. Our only feedback is that often it takes a long time, and sometimes our orders are messed up. We don’t go if we’re in a hurry, but we still go. And we just check our orders before leaving if we take it to go. It’s not that big of a deal, but for DoorDash, they really need to be more accurate. As long as the food is great and the staff continues to take ownership and fix things, we’ll continue to support this location. You can’t always have perfection, and I think this location will definitely continue to get better.

Messed up my order. I got one of the new cheddar chicken sandwiches on a pretzel bun.. or that’s what I ordered at least. They ended up giving me a grilled chicken club and I didn’t know it until I left. What a waste. I already wasn’t a big fan of their food, just wanted to try the new sandwich since it sounded good.

Great place …. went for some chicken minis (one of my all time fav food items ever ) and we were pleasantly surprized …while we were sitting in the drive thru … a worker came out and gave our two sons a cool little plush cow toy …and were very nice to us . The owner was also there and outside talking to people … deff a very friendly wonderfull staff . And this is a much better location
