This Pizza Hut is the absolute worst one iv ever been to…. We walked in 5 minutes after 9 placed a dine in order and aT 9:30 they informed us they were gonna box our food up ONCE IT WAS DONE!!!!!! They were closing the dinning area at 9:45… we ordered a pizza not easy to eat in the car and we live 30 minutes away.. service was horrible food was cold by the time we got home. Save yourself TIME AND MONEY go ANYWHERE ELSE BUT THERE

The store in Auburn has the best pizza of any Pizza Hut I’ve ever ate at. There’s nothing wrong with the staff here they are very friendly. The problem is, when you call them you get Thailand or somewhere and there is a language barrier. And then finally to pay you get transferred to a robot and if you make one mistake they just either cancel your order or send it as a cash payment. Or worse they charge your card and then never deliver your pizza. It’s not any fault of the local employees but it is a major failure in the corporate office in my opinion.

2 of us dined in- the only customers. Ordered a 9in pizza and salad ($8 on the lunch menu), an order of breadsticks, and an order of bone out wings with fries. Received the pizza, 6 bone in wings with the wrong sauce. No breadsticks, no fries. We were charged $27. Terrible service.

Not properly greeted. The garlic parm wing sauce was completely separated not sticking to the wings at all. The thin and crispy was not crispy at all better yet soggy. Which is almost understandable if it was pepperoni but it was a sausage pizza. May I add the order was picked up on time.

Staff was careless and clueless.

Absolute hands down worst experience ever in a Pizza Hut.

The server had to return to the table 5 times because he could not remember our order of 2 simple pizzas and an order of apple pies.

Ordered a taco pizza on cheesy bites crust, and the lettuce smelled like it had been washed in sanitizer, the bean sauce was nearly non-existent, and it had NO shredded cheese.

The other 2 topping pizza was ordered to go.

The pizza was delivered to the table with no spatula, forks, or napkins.

There were no sauces with the pizza crust, and the entire pizza was covered in garlic sprinkles, not just the crust.

Once the pizza was delivered to the table, the waiter never bothered to check in on anything.

We never received our apple pies and, upon inquiring at checkout, were told they had not been made. So we verified we had not been charged for them paid and left.

This was our first and will be our last stop here.

This place is ridiculous been here for an hour and just got our orders taken and it took half and hour for my family to get our drinks. All while there is no one else here but us and online orders. We ordered some cheese sticks and they came over done almost burnt. I am so disappointed in this place. This place also is not well taken care of with trash and food all over the place tables not wiped off and just disgusting. Everytime we needed something we had to go to the counter and there is so much more I could say to drag this place but their rating should be much lower than a 3.8 even tho that itself shows this place os not worth the lengthy wait.

Pretty disappointed with a large order that was placed 24 hours in advance of needing picked up. Due to the on-line limit of $300/order, we placed two orders for our 16 pizzas (11 on 1 order, and 5 on the other). We sent a driver to pick them up at the allotted time (1130am), and the folks at Pizza Hut were clueless that they had an order. The person that placed the order called and was told that “…they hadn’t checked their email.”

How in the world did you not check online orders for 24 hours? I call total BS on that one. Well, they printed out the first order, made the pizzas, and our driver got out of there about 75 minutes late (which delayed lunch for the entire crew), and had…. yep, only 11 pizzas. We decided to deal with having a little less than what was planned, but then Pizza Hut calls back SEVERAL HOURS LATER, asking when we’re coming in to pay for the other 5 and pick them up.

While my project admin did go do this, it was an absolute waste of time and money, as they weren’t able to be used. Absolutely LUDICROUS how this place that we have spent thousands on (very large orders, several times per outage at a local power plant) over the last few years treats those that are loyal to them. I guess they don’t want us back.

I ordered online and order was supposed to be done by 4:14.. my husband went to pick up the order. Half hour later he’s texting me that he was waiting for the wings to be done. That’s a half hour after they were supposed to be done. The guy working did offer my husband a dessert for being late but he said no. He gets home and there was so much grease my boneless wings. They were just dripping in grease. I couldn’t eat them. When a person spends 50 on a meal they don’t want a bucket of grease.

My family and I have been going to the Auburn Nebr Pizza Hut for 10+ years. We have seen many different employees as well as management. Most of the managers don’t interact with the customers or put as much heart and time into a company as the manager that was and has been there for quite a few years now. Recently she was let go because of a simple fixable mistake (upper management had no time to train her). That girl put so much time and effort into that company, just last year her and a few gentlemen were the only employees who worked when everyone else was snowed in. They went to work in the frigid cold and she wasn’t even management at that time. They have lost a significant amount of “regulars” and just over all business because whomever took over is rude to not only the employees but the customers as well. So, let me get this straight. You guys fire someone do to 1 mistake that wasn’t even a horrible mistake and could have been fixed, but you replace the best management you had there for one of the rudest and laziest people to be in charge. Please make this make sense. We will NOT be returning if Misty can’t return. Thank you for listening.
