I have had a consistently superb experience every time I come here. The food is great as always, but I really want to give my complements to the staff at this location. Everyone that I have interacted with at this location are so attentive, friendly and polite. The team does a wonderful job, and I hope they know it. This Chick-fil-A location is fantastic.

I had a very disappointing experience with both the food and the customer service. I ordered chicken nuggets and noticed something unusual in the breading—it looked like a wedge of rice at first, but after looking into it further I became concerned it might be maggot eggs.

I reached out to Chick-fil-A, hoping for clarification or reassurance that I was mistaken. Their initial response was to tell me it was “fat,” but at that point, they hadn’t even seen the pictures I described. After I followed up and sent the pictures, I received no reply. I reached out again weeks later, and still—no response.

What I found especially frustrating is that I wasn’t looking for compensation. I even made that clear in my first message. I just wanted a proper explanation, or at least acknowledgment that they reviewed what I sent. Instead, the only thing I was offered was a free meal. That felt dismissive, especially given that I was hoping for peace of mind about the safety of their food.

The lack of follow-up and accountability makes me feel like customer concerns aren’t being taken seriously.

I love the food. Its always fresh, hot and juicy when I stop by around lunchtime. The only problem for me is that the coating on the chicken is too salty. I’m probably more sensitive to salt than the average person. I have to peel as much coating off as I can. The service is very good. My order is always correct. The workers are polite and friendly.

I am very disappointed with the level of customer service I experienced at this Chick-fil-A location. What should have been a simple transaction turned into a frustrating experience due to staff behavior that was dismissive and unhelpful.

There was a lack of basic courtesy, poor communication, and no effort to resolve the issue once it was brought to their attention. I did not feel respected as a customer, and the situation was handled in a way that fell far below the standards Chick-fil-A claims to uphold.

I expect accountability and better training for employees, especially when dealing with concerns that could easily be resolved with professionalism and respect. Based on this experience, I will be reconsidering future visits to this location.

First time trying a spicy chicken deluxe sandwich, which I had in a meal. The sandwich along with the rest of the food was fantastic. The employees there were very friendly. I went to the drive-thru. Very organized operation. I will frequent this establishment on a regular basis from now on. Great food and service here.

This was my first time visiting this particular Chic Fil A!!! The best part of my experience was the young black lady…sitting in the box outside(freezing cold) taking orders…She was very very nice. I Asked her how her day was going so far…( it was about noon) she said it was goi g really good, except she was really cold…I tipped her and moved to wait for my food…the wait was very long! I could see inside it was all white employees standing around…One employee brought food to a car on the second lane…she came out twice…a few minutes later she came back out a third time( the car had driven off…Employee told the customer goodbye)
with food and drinks looking for the car..seems like Chic Fil A had forgotten the rest of their order! (mistakes do happen)…
after that about 4-5 different employess kept coming out looking for the car that left…
Meanwhile I’m first car sitting in line…They Completely ignored me!!!0k, so now about 10 minutes or so had passed…still No food…Finally, my food was brought out…I pull over look at food…Nugget were were dark… seconds from being burnt!
Mac n Cheese…looked and tasted like it was a week old… Salad had the wrong xtra cheese on it!!! By Now It was a full Snow Blizzard going on…And I didn’t get out my car to take it back In!!!
Needless to say…My Next Chic Fil A trip will be to the one I know…the service and food will be good! Smh… I really do like their food.

I have to give a shout out to Keller who assisted me with a small catering order today. Not only was he polite and fast, he helped me take my order out to my vehicle. The restaurant was very busy and I was taken care of quickly.

PS – everybody enjoyed the nuggets at our party tonight!

I used their delivery service and it was AWFUL! I live 10 minutes away. It took 45 to get here just for 1/2 the order to not be in the bag! The chicken strips and cheese was COLD! The young lady delivering it seemed irritated and unhappy. I called to tell them about my order and they had the audacity to say “okay so do you want the other 1/2 of your order?” I said of course I do I paid for it and gave a tip! Smh

just tried to hit up chick-fil-a on my lunch break and i’m convinced the line wraps around the building twice. i sat there long enough i could’ve drafted my will and learned a new language. it’s wild you wait longer than you would for peter pan’s flight at disney world, but instead of getting to fly over london, you get a lukewarm chicken sandwich that tastes like disappointment. at least when you wait at disney, there’s some magical payoff. here you just get a meal that’s somehow both overhyped and underwhelming.
the real kicker? watching the car in front of you order for what seems like their entire extended family while you’re just trying to get some waffle fries before your lunch hour ends. how does a place with lines this long consistently serve such mediocre food? the chicken’s always either dry or drowning in sauce to hide the fact it’s dry. never again. well, until next week when i forget how bad it is and think maybe it’ll be different this time. fool me once, shame on you. fool me every single time i want fast food, shame on me.
