I can’t figure out what the hype for this place. Waited in a long line to be served pieces of not so fresh cold pieces of french fries. Also ordered cheese on my sandwich and of course they forgot it. When I brought it to their attention they sent me out a piece of cheese thrown in a paper bag. If I wanted to prepare my own sandwich I would have stayed home.

I am so grossed out right now. Never going to this Chick-fil-A ever again. Hairnets may not be pretty, but they serve an important purpose. The hair was embedded in the nugget. I almost threw up. Oh, and my fries were cold. That has never happened before. I may go again, but to the Mentor location.

I went to this location today and spent $42.36 just for some terrible food and awful service. One thing I ordered was the grilled chicken club. I wanted to substitute the multi grain bun with a white bun and no tomatoes. The food was incorrect so I went inside. The boy went to remake the sandwich correctly. This took almost 10 minutes. When he brought it back to me it was incorrect again, it didn’t have the bacon that comes with the sandwich. This girl goes to remake it and she brings it to me and it was incorrect again. There were about 3-4 tomatoes on the sandwich which was marked no tomatoes. At this point i wanted a refund that they said I needed the original receipt and my credit card to do. I didn’t bring anything in the store with me because I didn’t anticipate this to be a hassle. So I just said whatever it can be remade but please make it correctly because it’s almost 1:30 now which means this whole thing has almost taken 30 minutes. As I’m waiting I go back to the car and get my phone and credit card because I really couldn’t wait any longer. When I got back into the store the girl was bringing me the sandwich. I checked it out and it was wrong again. It had Colby jack cheese instead of pepper jack. I told the girl just get me a piece of pepper jack cheese and l would leave. She brought me back a slice of cheese that literally had grill marks on it and looks greasy, not fresh at all. When I got back in my car my fries were cold and super salt, not even edible due to the salt. I have never been more disappointed with chick fil a. I called corporate and they sent me a free ice cream for my troubles. I definitely do not recommend this location anymore. They spent all that money upgrading the store just to have poor customer service and the quality of the food is poor.

Ordered on the app. Pulled up to one of the numbers on the right side of the building. Entered the number in the app, and they were out shortly with the food. Easier than waiting in the line. Food was good as expected. Had lemonade for the first time and it tasted great, would recommend.

I don’t understand how this store has so many employees standing around, and zero food and zero hustle for carry out orders. It’s always an easy 10-15 minute wait after arriving for a pick up order. And by all means they appear well staffed, but poorly motivated and unorganized.

Table, Chair and Floor were filthy. Sticky substance on table #10 and one of the Chairs Also. As I walked to the restroom to clean up my arm, there was Used Napkins, Paper towels and paper scraps all over to floor! 1/4 of my Waffle Fries were Pieces, and Scrap. Won’t be eating there anymore.Thursday, Aug 17th at 7:45pm. Spend $36.11. Big Disappointment. Order #7248715
