Chick-fil-A Express, not quite the same as a regular restaurant. The food was spot on and delicious. Having said that, I didn’t get the great customer interaction and over the top customer service that you get from a regular Chick-fil-A franchise. There is also no exterior signage to let you know it’s upstairs, inside the Boswell Campus Center on Walnut street, in the middle of campus!

This particular CfA is inside a college campus which clearly makes it somewhat unique among most CfA’s. Atmosphere is not typical CfA but the food is and is as good as any other CfA. This particular day was a check-in day for new and returning students so the volume of business was extreme. Despite this, the staff held up well and kept pace well with the demand. Good job! Good food and a very nice college atmosphere. CfA is one of the best of all fast food places, for me at least, one of the only four good ones.

It was a hell of an experience! Chicken sandwiches all around. The cashier didn’t laugh at My name, which seems to be an often occurrence for a detective. I put the sauce in my trench coat and no one even batted an eye. The college kids were too busy eating away at their Chicken sandwiches and nuggets. 8.5/10

FYI – this location is on a college campus so it’s not exactly suitable for those just passing through. I won’t deduct and points for this though.
However, this was probably the only poor Chick-Fil-A experience I’ve ever had, for the following reasons:
– They forgot an entire chicken sandwich in the to go order, which I didn’t realize until I was back on the road so I couldn’t turn around and go back.
– They forgot to provide the drinks, until we received the food and had to ask for them.
– They seemed to have trouble getting the order right, had to do several takes to make sure everything was complete, and yet they left out a sandwich after all was said and done.
– Generally unprofessional staff demeanor compared to other locations. Didn’t even get a “my pleasure”.
Not sure if being a campus location would affect the service, but this one was definitely way not up to par.

Not a regular Chick-Fil-A!!!!! I was cruising up I-75, and wanted to stop at a Chick-Fil-A and was guided there by GPS, drove around a bunch on small roads, only to find it is on a college campus. No idea where to park, no sign, would my car get towed on campus without a sticker, or what building it was in. Maybe it was in the student center cafeteria? Absolute waste of my time. I got back on the freeway and I just kept going. Google needs to change this or add a note. This is not a stand-alone restaurant. Lesson learned. 3 stars is for the bad Google info, not the food.

That one guy with the assassins creed tattoo is very rude. He stands there with his hands on the counter, you walk up and he never asks for your name or order. Then he always has some smart remark to make. I am yet to see him smile or even grin. I want to give him the benefit of the doubt but he is constantly miserable and angry.

Terrible service, wait time for your food is ridiculous even when not busy, customer service is pathetic. I made a simple order for a sandwich with cheese, even after they made it wrong once and was told to make it again by a manager, they still made it wrong again and gave it to me. They have no sense of urgency, I’ve waited over 15 minutes for a simple CFA sandwich with fries and there wasn’t even a line.
