We stopped at the Burger King in the busy bee. KJ, I believe was his name waited on us and let me just say he was absolutely wonderful. He was courteous, super friendly and very respectful. If I had a business he is the kind of young man I would want running the front. It was nice to see someone act like they enjoyed their job. This kid deserve recognition and maybe even a raise!!!!!!

Got there was told by an employee the I had 10 minutes to order the drive thou ok great get in line and the car that was at the mic sat there for 5 minutes before their order was taken, then the car after that same thing by my math that is ten minutes right well I get to the mic and the girl says we are closed for the night the hell. No way is that right the employees had plenty of time to take the orders of the customers that were already in line. Regardless, whether they closed at 9:30 or not making someone sit at the microphone for five minutes before taking their order is wrong regardless.

It’s almost 8pm I’m hungry and I send my son for a whopper with cheese. What I got was a half made whopper that was barely warm and my husband’s was cold. No lettuce at all. First time eating at this location since I don’t usually eat food like this. Never again.

This is one of the best Burger Kings I’ve been too! They were very busy, but maintained a very fast and constant speed. Lines moved fast and you didn’t have to wait forever to get your food. Everything was hot and fresh. If all Burger Kings were like this, it would be a much better franchise.

We had an amazing experience at the Burger King inside the Busy Bee at Live Oak! Our cashier, Victoria, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. She greeted our baby with such sweetness, which made our visit even more special. The service was fast, and the food came out hot and fresh—honestly, the best Burger King meal we’ve had in years! We really appreciated the excellent customer service and how clean and inviting the place felt. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re at the busy bee

We love this gas station, but this Burger King really brings it down with their bland, undersalted, lukewarm French fries and their inability to follow basic orders. When my husband ordered my burger he stated THREE TIMES that I wanted it in a lettuce wrap instead of a bun, but otherwise the same as any other burger (tomato, pickles, etc). But due to a misbehaving 5-year-old, he didn’t check the order before leaving the store, and when we got out to the truck, I opened my box to find two sad little hamburger patties and nothing else. Nada. They look so comically small all by themselves in that big ol’ box!
Bottom line, or tl;dr: if you have time to go to the Wendy’s or the McDonald’s or – even better! – the Zaxby’s just down the road, I recommend you go there instead of this Burger King. Or, at the very least, double check your order before you leave the store.

Staff were efficient and food was served very quickly but somehow was cold when we got it. Fries were soggy but the portions were huge (both fry boxes were full and so was the bottom of the bag). They do have a freestyle soda machine, which is a plus. We ordered for there but it came in a bag. We asked for ketchup and were told we could only have 2 packs per large fry.

I don’t understand how this restaurant can have so many people working and have one lady doing all the work while everyone else stood around and talked about her. They had her empty trash in the lobby and take orders while everyone else done nothing. The one thing she did was ti keep her compassion for her work thank you Robin you are amazing.
