I’d like to give them 5 stars because there are lots of positives about this place. But there are some negatives that I can’t overlook. The customer service is almost always great. When it’s not you will notice that employee will not be there for long at all. They obviously pride themselves on friendly fast service. The negatives are there is a negative vibe in the drive through line. That’s sounds silly I know but it’s true. The employees are fine but the line will make a person angry every time. The other negative is their ice. My son and I go to this or the getwell rd location very nearly everyday. Except Sunday obviously. We use the app mostly. If they keep track of how much money we spend there they would be shocked. I don’t even want to know. Well I like to eat ice. So I order a large ice most days. They don’t seem to like that sometimes. I guess because it’s free. One time there was a bug placed in the center. It may have been unintentional but from their demeanor and how it looked placed in there I don’t think so. The issue I have with this is I didn’t ask for it to be free. First of all. And secondly, I have more than paid for as many cups of ice as I can possibly eat with the 12 or 30 count nugget, large fry, large coke and chocolate shake that I buy everyday. So please provide me with bug free ice nicely.

I am really disappointed on just how bad the OB chick-fil-A has gotten and it genuinely seems like they could care less. Every time my family comes something is wrong with our order after waiting for a long time. We LOVE the getwell CFA and it always blows our mind that they are ran by the same people because there is such a night and day difference between the two restaurants.

Good tasting chicken biscuit (a little too crumbly). Very good fried and grilled chicken sandwich. Unfortunately, this location is practically two car order lanes FULL most of the time. This means sitting in your car (idling and polluting) for 5 to 10 minutes or more. Even going inside means almost as long a wait due to the drive thru orders. The staff provides good service for the infrastructure they have to work with. That infrastructure is just woefully inadequate.

Ordered dinner for 3 to curbside Olive Branch MS location. they should have an area on the app to add notes to an order. And a question if you received your order correctly. They keep leaving out stuff in almost every other order. A sandwich this time. Fries were half done, screwed order up. Workers playing around in the back of the restaurant with customers who apparently were their friends. Returned order, they replaced it with grace and excellent customer service.

My favorite Chick-fil-A! The lines are always long, the food is always great, and if there’s a mistake they fix it with no problem. The only thing I have a problem with is the line that goes around the building to place a order, and cars blocking people from leaving once they receive their order. It happens to me everytime Ive gotten in line. Thats the only thing not organized correctly.

Corporate should visit this location. Men’s bathroom is disgusting. When you enter the building. They have sectioned off the right side for employees. There are lockers and drinks there. Employees hanging out. I have never seen a Chick-fil-A look as bad as this one. No way they would pass Corporate Inspection.
