On August 28th I got a kale salad from this CFA and there was a BIRD FEATHER in my meal. I called the store 4 times and was promised each time that Greg Jones (store operator) would be getting back to me that same day each time I called. He finally called me back on 9/3/2025, and basically said I would not be getting a refund because “they do not have birds in their store”. He was very rude through the entire call and I expressed that I was worried that if there was an issue with my meal that there could be issues with others / could pose a big health risk for the community. I emailed him pictures of the feather multiple times and he ended up just blocking my email. I never wanted to leave a review, but since he showed zero concern about the health impact of this I wanted to make sure others are aware. STAY AWAY

We enjoy everything about this location and the staff. Always polite and smooth ordering. They parking lot is a different story all together. Chick-fil-A I love the restaurant [owner] you need to come and set for awhile to see the total traffic jam for breakfast and lunch hours. I think a red light might work.

Worst Chick-fil-A around here! Will never go back here ever. I went through the drive thru placed my order and had it repeated to me, paid for it and was told to pull around the line for my order. When I pull around to the window I literally sat for almost 30 minutes. Nobody came to check on me, nobody asked what I was waiting for or anything they just came up to my car once quickly to ask me to pull up a little so the car behind me could go around because they got their food. During this 30 minutes I watched countless cars behind and beside me get their food and pull off. All of the workers were so concerned with everything else I could’ve even call one over. Then finally around 30 minutes someone stopped by my car quickly and asked “what was your name and order?” And so I tell them and then she went back in and came back out to ask the same thing two more times and then I wait 5 minutes more and she comes back out with the food and saying she was sorry and handed me a receipt that was “promoed off” and she tells me it should be back in my bank account soon and if not come back for a new meal. I tell her the receipt she created has the wrong total as she just remade it (assuming my original order was lost?) and she assured me that wouldn’t matter. That was on December 30th. So on January 1st (today) the transaction is done pending and goes through my bank OFFICIALLY.
So I go back up there and order what I had originally ordered, and the same kind worker is there again and he says he remembers me and everything and hope they resolve it when I pull around, well that’s where the kindness at this place ends is with him. When I pull around I wait 5 minutes (keep in mind it’s only me and one other car atp). A lady comes out and tries to dispute the price on the receipt versus what was taken out of my account and I try to get this through her head that the receipt was made from a worker and it isn’t the original receipt it apparently got “lost” along with my original order. Then she tells me to call a number and I call it and they said they need to deal with it at the restaurant. Well gee I wish it was that easy, it’s like pulling teeth to get anything done at this sorry excuse for a “Chick-fil-A” the managers that were working were absolutely useless and rude. All they could say over and over again was “I don’t know what do you want us to do for you” Gee I don’t know, give me my refund like your workers promised or just remake the food. What ever happened to customer service, it’s not like it’s coming from your pockets. Both of these “managers” working at 11:40am on 1/1/2026 should be let go they do nothing at all but deflect and say “I don’t know” it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to please a former loyal customer. Go to any other Chick-fil-A around they will actually try to listen and right their wrongs to actually keep their customers not argue with them when they have workers vouching for them and the receipts and bank statements to back up what they’re saying. Next time hire managers who can actually handle situations harder than 2+2

Since when is a frosted lemonade made exactly like a milkshake? And since when does Chick-fil-A treat the customer like an idiot?

For the record, I’ve ordered more than a dozen dragon fruit frosted lemonades from multiple locations and I have NEVER gotten a milkshake and then a snotty employee telling me that’s how it’s made.

I am mildly lactose intolerant. A frosted lemonade has about a third as much ice dream as a milkshake. I can tolerate a frosted lemonade. A milkshake, I can’t have more than half of without having a massive reaction. So, I just paid for a drink I can’t finish.

And no. They don’t care.

For reference, my daughter ordered a chocolate milkshake. They’re the EXACT same consistency.

I ordered a #1, was asked if I wanted a medium drink and I said let’s make it a large. She took my card, I pull around, had a brief wait, a lady came to my car with a drink and small bag then walked away before I could utter a syllable much less look inside the bag – no fries. It takes several minutes before anyone would acknowledge me (I said excuse me to several that walked by). Finally a young lady comes to my car, I ask if fries are included with the #1 (I don’t eat out much so I honestly wondered if something had changed with their meals). She takes my receipt and said they charged for a sandwich and drink only. When I ordered, I never once said the word “chicken” or “sandwich” or “drink” or even “fries”. Why would I need to specify fries? I thought by ordering #1 and saying large when asked the size, that it implied all of the above. I politely tell her “I specifically ordered a #1”. She walked away, came back and asked if I wanted the fries. Uh, yeah I ordered a #1. She walks away again then returns asking if I want to pay for the fries. I told her no, they need to comp them since they messed up the order (and can’t grasp the concept of customer service – I mean the back-and-forth with this girl is ridiculous). She walks away then returns and tells me I have to pay for the fries. I give her my card and ask to speak with the manager but was told they’re not available. When she brings the fries I ask her to tell her manager about this and that it should’ve been comped since they messed up the order and caused all this hassle. I even described what the order taker looked like, you know thinking maybe they’ll ask if she remembers taking my order a few minutes ago (my car is very distinct, there weren’t many cars in line). Instead, she stares at me blankly, like that thousand-mile stare. I leave vowing to never return in hopes Raising Cane’s will come to this side of town. Do better Chick-fil-A Clinton Hwy!

I don’t even know who to contact about this. I can’t find a specific page for the Clinton hwy Chick-fil-A location but whatever this is was infested in my littles chicken

When I google it it says fly larvae?! I get it things happen but check your food before you leave

Edit: I called their ‘location number’ three times and the number takes me to a general customer service. It does not take you to a specific location to talk to a manager on site. I was able to report it with corporate, but I was never able to talk to somebody from that location. They said it was an emergency situation and that I should hear from a team lead within two days.

Went there today to get my dinner. 1st question I asked was if they had the cheese sause, said they did, so I ordered the nuggets based on having the cheese sauce to dip them in. Get to the window, apparently the car before me got the last helping, and they’re “rationing” it, so they won’t make anymore…cool, whatever got my refund for the sause, disappointed but life goes on…until I look in my bag, I upgraded to a large, which my fries were less than a half full box of the medium, ordered a 12 pc nugget got an 8 piece.
I don’t know if I made them mad because they had to refund the sauce they didn’t have, or because I was visibly sad, but there’s no reason for my entire order to be that jacked up.

Food was cold people are suppose to be “Christian” but they are just as rude as any other fast food restaurants staffers. The atmosphere needs help because I went after work and it was 3:00 and the place was not clean and the restrooms needed some help as well
