Nice outback Branch in Dania Beach. It was a Sunday 12 pm, plenty of seating and nice atmosphere. We ordered the center sirloin steaks. They were good, but a bit undercooked. The medium well was medium and the medium was medium rare. The servers were great.

This was my first time and I don’t see myself coming back. They brought out the wrong food 3 times. My burger was wrong and they didn’t even bother to give me a new one.
They just added on some onions and gave it back. The cheese wasn’t even melted and the bun was soggy

Everything here is absolutely awful. We came here because we were staying across the street at the Hampton Inn. My wife’s chicken was dry as could be, paper thin, and tasted like a block of salt. My dad’s ribs were as burnt as could be and were not edible. My mom’s green beans were not cooked and as hard as could be. The service was terrible. We were there for 2 hours and 10 minutes. It took 30 minutes to get our first set of drinks and took quite a while to get refills. The waitress did not care. She was terrible! The management did comp our meals, but once we complained and brought it to their attention, they never came back. We sat there for 35 minutes and no one came to check on us or give us refills or even tell us they comped the meals. Avoid this location!

so i came in solo, it took 10+ minutes for someone to come greet me. she was nice, and i ordered everything when she came and she asked if i wanted bread i said yes. someone else brought my water couple minutes later and said they had bread coming i said thank you … i never got my bread and it wasn’t even something i asked for but everyone kept telling me i was getting bread so like i expected bread. my appetizer comes out, i got the spinach dip. it was okay i guess, definitely oily or greasy not sure what that’s about. my dinner comes out some while later and again good i guess, pretty flavorless but edible so can’t complain too much. anyways i never saw my server again and she never checked up on me to see if i needed anything, no refill, nothing. i feel abandoned. the end

My visit to this restaurant left me with mixed impressions. On one hand, the atmosphere and service truly match the level of a proper steakhouse; on the other — the kitchen, unfortunately, fell far short of expectations.
Pros
The interior is designed in a classic steakhouse style — solid furniture, warm lighting, and the aroma of grilled meat filling the air. You can really feel that authentic American grill atmosphere.
I especially want to highlight the work of the staff — they greeted us with a smile, led us to the table, took our order quickly, and served the dishes without long delays.
Special respect goes to the manager: when I returned a dish because its presentation and appearance were far from acceptable (and the plate, by the way, was dirty), she reacted immediately — apologized, offered discount coupons, and did everything to smooth out the situation. That was commendable.

Now, for the disappointing part. My steak, unfortunately, didn’t stand up to any criticism. Red-colored meat juices had spread all over the plate — juices that ideally should have remained inside the meat. As a result, the mashed potatoes were practically floating in them.
Another point of concern was the dirty plates: the sauce was dried along the edges, giving the impression that someone had already eaten from the dish before it was served to me. And perhaps the biggest surprise — mashed potatoes with the skin left on. I honestly have no idea how anyone could think serving something like that as a side dish was appropriate. It looked careless and completely ruined the overall impression of the plate.
⚖️ Conclusion
The service — excellent. The atmosphere — pleasant. But the kitchen, unfortunately, needs serious improvement. With proper quality control and more attention to detail, this restaurant could easily reach a higher level. For now, though, it’s a story of how great hospitality couldn’t save poorly executed food.

Food was delicious, the drink was super cute with the platypus on top and an egg with tea on the side to pour into it. The food did take some time getting out but in fairness I went with 9 people at noon. But it was not crowded which was a plus and the staff was very friendly and attentive.
