Hello,
I am writing to formally complain about a very frustrating experience at your location today. Despite clearly explaining and correcting my order multiple times with three different employees, my food was still prepared incorrectly and served in an unacceptable condition.
I communicated from the beginning that there was a language barrier with the first employee at the window, which resulted in my order being wrong. I made sure to clearly explain my order again, and it was written down. Even after being sent to a third window and having the order remade multiple times, the food was still incorrect.
What made this situation worse was the final product I received. The food was extremely unappealing, poorly assembled, and looked careless and rushed. I understand this is a fast-food restaurant and that it can get busy, but there is no excuse for serving food in this condition. No customer should be expected to eat food that looks like this, and I certainly would not feel comfortable serving it to a child.
I made every effort to communicate clearly so that this situation could be avoided, yet it feels like no one cared enough to ensure my order was correct or presentable. This experience was disappointing and unacceptable.
I hope this matter is taken seriously, as situations like this reflect poorly on your business and customer service standards. I would appreciate a follow-up regarding how this will be addressed.

The lobby’s a mess. The trash is overflowing, so customers are leaving it on tables. Employees just walk by, and nobody seems to care. The managers don’t seem to care about the business, which is a shame for the employees who want to do better. Shout out for that kid employee that starter taking care of the issue at the end of my visit.

I’ve had consistently poor experiences at this location. The shakes come in smaller-than-standard portions and are “filled” with whipped cream to look full. Items are frequently missing, and the shake flavor is noticeably worse than at other McDonald’s. Management should oversee and train the shake staff to ensure proper portioning and quality. For these reasons, I’m giving 1 star.

If your looking for fast food, be prepared to wait. If the food was fresh everytime it would make sense but if you through the drive thru, you will 100% always have to wait for food and its not always fresh. At one point there were 9 cars waiting. On top of waiting for the food, miss part of my order and then get it wrong. Take an extra 5 minutes and go down to the one on john young, quicker and better service.

How can a McDonald’s get a 5 star? SERVICE! Excellent. As for the food….good food as always. Don’t expect amazing food… great location… a lot going on in this area! Clean and good quiet atmosphere the day we were there. Thank you to the sweet older lady and the young Hispanic manager who were there to help customers!

Employees are rude. Manager got upset with me because I didn’t grab a number from the kiosk to put on my table because there weren’t any. She places my tray on my table and says “we can’t figure out what table to bring the food too if there isn’t a number.” I pointed out that there weren’t any numbers at the kiosks and she didn’t even respond she turned her back to me and walked off.

I placed an order through the drive-thru, but when I arrived, the drive-thru was closed due to painting. There was no prior notice or visible signage informing customers that the drive-thru would be unavailable. As a result, I went inside the restaurant to request assistance.
When I explained the situation to one of the associates, she responded in a rude and unprofessional manner and stated that she could not help me. No alternative solution or assistance was offered. This interaction was disappointing and did not meet the customer service standards I expect from McDonald’s.
I understand that operational issues may occur; however, customers should still be treated with respect and provided with support when problems arise. I am submitting this complaint in hopes that it will be reviewed and used to improve customer service at this location.
