The manager David here is always so helpful. Today our Mac n chz wasn’t ready and he made sure that he took care of it and gave me free food coupons to make it better as well. They are always so busy, and we’re slammed today – and he still took the time to make sure a customer was ok.

I came in today to redeem my coupon for a FREE sandwich and the whole experience was completely frustrating and embarrassing. I gave my email to the employee GiGi (who was very kind and helpful), but for some reason the offer didn’t load on my app. Instead of trying to actually help, another employee, Dewi, just assumed I had already redeemed the reward and basically dismissed me. I had to ask for a manager — which I shouldn’t have had to do in the first place — just to prove I was telling the truth. The manager went to the back and pulled up the transactions, which clearly showed I hadn’t been there in over a month.
This was not only a huge waste of my time, but also incredibly embarrassing to be made to feel like I was trying to cheat the system over a free sandwich. The manager did end up comping my meal, which I appreciate, but by then I had lost my appetite completely. The whole situation left me upset and disappointed. After this experience, I honestly don’t even want to come back.

Remarkably friendly service. Everyone was very tentative and courteous. It’s my first time trying the grilled chicken and I have to say I’m pretty impressed. Lots of condiments too. Probably more than I need but I’ll take them home and use them I’m sure.

Oh my goodness so this precious lady, Dewi, was behind the counter when I was ordering. Her thoughtfulness & attention in helping me with my order was EXCEPTIONAL. I felt like I was being served by a high dining server! I ended up ordering the nuggets that weren’t coated & they were very good! Thank you, Dewi!

Typically we go to a Chick-fil-A near our house but this evening it was closed for road construction so I went into the one in the mall. I am so glad I did, these were the best french fries I have had from Chick-fil-A in a long time. At our normal place the fries have been soggy, like the employees are rushing to get them out to customers and don’t allow them to cook. I ate just about all my fries before I thought about taking a picture and our other family members did as well including the nuggets (which were perfect).

the male manager refused to make our order because it was “stuck in the system” and said that by the time he got it breakfast was over. we ordered almost an hour in advance. he then told us that we would not be charged for the order. well we were because he “canceled” the order and caused it to take 3-5 business days to refund. which would have been fine, had he not lied and said that the card was never charged. his manger however, was very helpful. she explained to us that had he not taken matters into his own hands then she would have made our food since it was a problem on their system. however, since he canceled the order and whatever else he did there was nothing else she could do. all and all she was helpful, he should not be a manager.
