1 word, delicious! The food was incredible! Pear arugula salad, carpaccio, bread, main dishes, dessert, all awesome. Get a reservation. Park out back. BYOB…which is great.
Great service and specials. Loud but expected. It was full on a Saturday at 6:30.
The eggplant is awesome. Thin layers that u know take time. Veal special was awesome. So was the branzino and gnocchi dish. Definitely go. Expect to spend a few $ but it’s worth it.

My boyfriend and I came here last night seeking an intimate vibe and good food. The restaurant was nicely decorated, clean, and had an ambiance. My boyfriend’s one complaint about the atmosphere was that the tables are very close together, but this didn’t bother me. The service was very good, there were only two servers with all of the tables full and they did a great job being attentive. Now onto the food, starting with the breadsticks. They were fresh, soft, and had garlic flavoring. We ordered the famous meatballs as an appetizer. The meatballs were alright, nothing to rave about but what did get us was the marinara sauce they were served in. The sauce was fantastic, we asked the servers to bring us a small dish of it to dip our breadsticks in which was a great combo. Onto the entrees: I got the branzino special (mild white fish in a white wine sauce with sauteed spinach topped with capers), and my boyfriend got the salmon (seared salmon in a dijon mustard sauce with mashed potatoes and vegetables). My fish was very nicely done, the presentation was as good as the flavor. If you love flaky white fish this one is quite flavorful, the sauce was delicious, the sauteed spinach cooked perfectly, and the capers were bursting with flavor and complimented the whole dish well. My boyfriend really liked his salmon and I tried a bite. The fish tasted good and the dijon mustard sauce was nothing like anything we’ve had before. It unexpectedly complimented the fish nicely. He said the mashed potatoes were a little above average. Now onto the desserts: the cannolis were top tier, it was my boyfriend’s first time having cannolis and he described them as life changing. They were very fresh, creamy, and flavorful. We also got the chocolate hazelnut cake. This one was good, but we ate the cannolis before trying it which already stole our hearts. In the end, our bill before tip was $127. We agreed this wasn’t a bad price considering we got an appetizer, two fish entrees and two desserts. We left here feeling full, satisfied, and not guilty about the money we spent because it was all worth it. Not to mention, we really enjoyed the bring your own wine aspect. I would come here again.

Excellent food! The owners are very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant is always busy, so I would highly recommend making a reservation. It is a really nice place, so you will want to dress up. You won’t be disappointed checking out this amazing restaurant.

My only regret is writing this review after so many years of enjoying every bit of this place. The food is absolutely delectable and homemade. Right from the bread to the specials, try everything!!!

Probably the best Italian restaurant in the area. The owner is warm and charming and the food is second to none. Everything on the menu is wonderful. We highly recommend and have been here several times. Try the veal shop!!! enjoy.

I always enjoy Toscana’s. Love the warm atmosphere and service. Ravioli was excellent, meatballs very good. A little disappointed in the veal. Flavor was delicious, but veal was a little tough. The tiramisu was so delicious!

I got takeout here because my coworker raved about it the last time she went. The first dish is broccoli rabe with gnocchi and the second is chicken francese… The chicken was good but the broccoli Rob was absolutely disappointing. There was barely anything in the container.. Also, for that price we should have gotten a salad with the entree. Both of these dishes were $64 ($70 with tip)
I truly don’t mind spending money on food if it’s really good but this was very disappointing. Maybe we would have had a different experience if we ate in.

Just an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. We just loved the extremely warm and friendly atmosphere that was perfect for any occasion. The staff (family run!) was one of the highlights of the night with their professionalism and passion. Finally, the food was impeccable and it was nearly impossible to narrow it down to one dish. We’ll definitely be back to try out the rest of the menu.Thank you for the experience!

Came here with my family for a goodbye dinner, and I have to say it was quite cozy and cute inside. They are a BYOB restaurant, so we brought our own wine and our waiter opened and poured it for us throughout the visit making sure our glasses were always full. I strongly suggest they type up the specials for people to read and to view prices. The waiter told us the specials from memory; so of course, all three of us had questions to ask and the waiter was getting angry that we couldn’t remember all of what he just said. After we order, we receive these absolutely delicious breadsticks and they were gracious enough to bring out seconds! I ordered the meatballs as an appetizer, I thought they were really tasty and juicy! I ordered the Chicken Milanese as my entree. I thought the chicken was a bit dry and super thin, it definitely looked like a large piece of chicken but was very deceiving. I was very excited for dessert because I was told by the lady that everything was homemade. I also work in the restaurant industry; I recognized 3 of the desserts right away being from a restaurant company. She then told me that the Tiramisu was a family recipe of theirs and let me say this, it is a must try for sure. Tiramisu is a favorite of mine and it did not disappoint! The lady also sold me on ordering her cappuccino because she makes them really good; it was good and extra foamy. Overall, it was a nice experience. However, I don’t think I will be coming back anytime soon due to the prices. If I knew 3 meatballs were going to be $19 I would have skipped it. Same for some of the other dishes, especially on the specials menu. I get they are going for a more upscale feel but having your waiter and waitress sit a table away from you eating and talking with other workers doesn’t really give off that vibe.
