As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

The food tasted good aside from the hair in it and it was way over cooked. 3/4 of my fries were burnt and that’s the same with my chicken. The burger was fine but everything else was bad. The server was nice and helpful.

Had a doordash. Waited in line for a long time only for the person ahead of me to get a small bag. 2 people had left because of the wait. Then I get up there and I say the name, and the worker (black service worker with glasses) started laughing because she didn’t know who the order was for. Had to ask her co-worker even though the name is on the receipt on the bag. Then, instead of handing me the bag she takes someone else’s order even though it was right in front of the window. Terrible service and super slow depending on who’s working.

The normal food is pretty alright, but this time I got a cheesecake sundae with fudge and I have to say the fudge they use is genuinely the worst fudge I’ve ever had. And the “cheesecake” flavored ice cream is also not good at all.

The wait is absolutely insane! I literally waited almost 10 minutes at the window for my 3 meals. I don’t understand how it takes them so so long, everytime! Horrible. This was the first time I’ve had rallys in almost a year and now I remember why! The only thing half way decent they have there is a sweet kid working the window. He’s very nice and well mannered! The reciept says his name is Amariyana.

If you want rallys I suggest going to a different one. The last few times I’ve gone there has been issues whether it’s they can’t take orders because it’s “raining ” or just messing up the whole order but forgetting my drink and making my first strawberry Sunday as a strawberry caramel Sunday then telling me that’s how they are made then remake it to this sad cup has me very disappointed not worth it for $16 and only get half my order even after I say something then tell me that im wrong rudely is not okay.

Placed an online order last night, showed up to get it, ended up sitting in drive-thru for about 40 minutes (with only 4 cars ahead of me). Surprisingly, the food was still warm (it was sitting in a bag on the counter the whole time I waited).
And then they didn’t even put cheese on my burgers. I got “double Ralleys burgers with cheese”, but they had no cheese..
But, the thing that prompted me to write this review.. My wife and I both ended up getting really bad food poisoning throughout the night. I woke up at 2am puking and pooping my guts out. My wife was up all night with her stomach tossing and turning.
The food itself tasted good, I’ll give them that. But, we won’t be back to this one.
