No refills, poor service, and poor quality. It took 3 tries to get my basic order correct. I went to ask for a refill only to be told to buy a new drink. Also, who doesn’t carry cheese? Like, for real? Grilled items? Nah, forget that too. I understand this is a campus location but this is not at all the standard Chickfila sets.

Food quality is standard for Chick-Fil-A, but it’s disappointing to see how different it is compared to other stores. No refills, no gift cards, and the management doesnt seem to have the same priority towards customer experience as others do. Hopefully they’ll be able to reorganize their priorities soon.

I love Chick-fik-A, food is bomb, awesome chicken minis, but there is no longer a Chick-fil-A here while they renovate the culp center. Sure do wish I didn’t get a notification every time I came in here to eat so I suppose I’ll review this nonexistent restaurant so it will stop making me want some Chick-fil-A.$$$
