I bought two granola parfait cups. The location was out of strawberries, but I wasn’t notified before purchasing. They only gave me one pack of granola and one spoon. I called back to make them aware. Nothing was done about it Was definitely not an experience I expected from Chick-fil-A

I requested a strawberry shake with double whip and three cherries. Chic Fil A shakes are my only ‘go to’ but this was disappointing in presentation and taste.

Chick-fil-A is known for it’s friendly staff, clean facilities, and good food. At first, I hesitated to give them a 5-star rating. I have had a few minor letdowns from them over the years. One morning they took to long to make my breakfast and I was forced to leave after paying (without my food). The other mistakes aren’t even worth mentioning, and they don’t consistently make them.
I realize that every legend drops the ball sometimes. Brady threw picks. Tiger bogeyed some holes. Jordan missed a layup. This didn’t mean they weren’t the best ever. This just meant they were human.

There are two chick-fil-as. One is off 231, this is a regular restaurant with all that you would expect. The second one is part of Troy`s on campus dining services. The on campus one is worth about 2.5 stars.
