The selection was widespread from fried rice to sushi to Korean dishes. The sushi rolls tasted better than they looked. The spicy tuna was actually spicy and very well flavored!
The service was top notch and very fast. Prices were higher on the average side.

I’ve been going to this place well over a decade, and I never once had a bad experience. The best sushi in town is served right here. The service is really great. Everyone is always very polite. Everything is clean. If you are looking for a great place to eat, look no further.

Nice clean restaurant. Our first time visiting. Waiter was very knowledgeable about the menu, big selection of sushi. Everything was exactly what the waiter described. Food was great! Will definitely be back.

We’ve only had one issue eating here in the last seven years and that was getting someone else’s to go order, no biggie but for me this evening it was not the case. Tonight they had the “A-Team” I guess being a Friday making sushi but it was poorly made. Definitely not how you slice and place avocado on top of a roll. I make sushi at home fairly often but hey, convenience and I know what it costs to make a roll on average $1.50 to $4 depending (more for lobster of course and is probably what I should of ordered because you get the entire tail). If I’m paying around $15 for a roll I expect the entire roll (AK Roll with wasabi sauce added) to have spicy tuna on the whole thing. The Ole Lady had the Pink Lady roll as usual and it was great. Flavor wise mine was good minus the 3 pieces (you can see the spicy tuna in my pic and its tasty, too bad I paid what I did for about $2 worth of ingredients, definitely paying for the labor and overly at that).
Anyway, Three pieces didn’t have a scrap of tuna in it, two on one end and one on the other, ziltch. For the price and portion it’s totally unacceptable. Stuff happens, but try to do better like you’re eating what you’re making because I know y’all aren’t doing yourself like this and to make folks feel cheated is not cool. When I make food for others I want to make it as perfect as possible and in a timely manner of course. Could definitely use more imitation crab on top for sure on all your rolls with it and shredded more, way too chinchee for the cost. Y’all seriously need to up the portion size on it all because it’s not costing that much more for many of the ingredients.
Fuji’s had a bad run for a few months last year and into 2024 likely losing a good deal not business and we went to Osaka’s during that time when they couldn’t find a decent sushi chef worth a flip I guess or line cooks later after that. After this I may be going back to Osaka’s because they will load that imitation crab and other stuff up in most their locations. The wife will definitely be wanting that Pink Lady so she’s not going anywhere and honestly I can make better sushi at the house but wild dogs couldn’t drag her off that Pink, hah! Regardless, thanks for the food and God bless what y’all do and continued further success.

My family and I love eating here. We love the sushi, edmame, fried gyoza, house salad, miso soup, and lunch bento box. My favorite dishes are the BulGoGi, Bibimbap, and Chef Special roll! I really wish the Korean selection was larger and offered things like Japchae, Jamphong, Yakimandu, etc.
It’s a great place to eat… just for the sushi alone, so one can’t complain!
Update: same great food and same great service.

Always a great place to eat. I actually crave this whole place, not just one meal from here like my favorite teriyaki chicken or spider roll or the dragon roll, nope just this whole place as it’s own flavor! I think Texarkana would be really sad if this place wasn’t here.

Has been a long time family favorite. My wife and I have celebrated anniversaries and birthdays with their amazing selection of sushi and sashimi. They’re always polite and friendly, never have had a bad experience there. The sushi roll menu is vast and has something for everyone. We have several favorites that never disappoint and the presentation is always excellent. Bar none the best sushi in tri state area!

Not for me. I ordered the chicken Katsu but instead got a fried chicken patty with some sauce over it and It tasted like a frozen dinner. The fried rice was gooey and did not taste right. The miso soup was extremely salty. I took one bite and did not eat the rest. I literally paid for a meal I did not eat. What you see in the picture is how I left my food in the restaurant.

We had an amazing dining experience at Fuji Kim’s Sushi! I ordered the spicy tuna roll and the eel roll. Both came with 8 pieces and were absolutely delicious. The spicy tuna had the perfect balance of heat and flavor, while the eel roll was rich, savory, and melt in your mouth good. Their eel sauce is absolutely amazing!
What truly made the visit memorable, though, was the outstanding service. Our server, Kaley, was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers.
If you’re looking for fresh, flavorful sushi and top-tier service, Fuji Kim’s is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be coming back! (The owner is also a marine which makes this place even better to support our military and veterans!!!)
