Usually Chick-fil-A is great, but this Galleria Mall location missed the mark. Fries were barely warm and overcooked, and the chicken sandwich lacked flavor. I asked for heavy pickles and only got three. The manager’s response to my concerns was pretty nonchalant. Hoping they can improve to match the consistency I’ve had at other locations.

Firstly, I love Chick-fil-A waffle fries, they’re amazing! For some reason on this visit I accidentally ordered 12 grilled nuggets instead of chicken strips. Huge mistake. They were more like gizzards than nuggets. So messy you needed a fork to eat them (and there was no forks). Dipping sauce? Hope you like ketchup. Ordered some strips to compensate and they were great. Milkshake was also great.

I eat (ate) here alot because I work close by. Have ways been friendly that’s why the four stars. If not for today, it would have been 5. It’s likely I’ll ever eat at Chic-fil-a again. I’m that disgusted.
I bought a salad there today and it had a pretty large DRAGONFLY in it. Yes, that’s right. Fortunately for me I was cutting it up and stirring it. I almost cut it in half . I hadn’t eating any. One refund and a card for a free meal later, I’m pretty sure I’m never going back.

Staff was extremely rude. Lady named Riley told us to move out of the way as we were getting our drinks and constantly gave dirty looks to me and a few other customers. Highly dont recommend these people. I feel as she shouldn’t work here, if she doesnt have good customer service skills and is going to constantly give looks to people.

We went to this chick fil an and it was awesome. We got a small fry a 2 count chicken strips, 1 medium drink and 1 large drink all for $8. Great deal and the food was great. I would recommend.

I visited this Chick-fil-A yesterday while at the mall and I must say that this is the worst experience that I have ever had at a Chick-fil-A. I placed my order on the mobile app while standing at the counter and it appears as if they may have been short-handed, however these employees were not very friendly, like the Fultondale, AL location. They did not greet you. But, this is not the worst of it. I received my order and the waffle fries tasted as if they had been under the heater for hours. I have to admit these were the worst waffle fries that I have EVER received from Chick-fil-A. I couldn’t even eat them! Mine you, I go to a Chick-fil-A atleast 15 times a month, so this was so upsetting. Then the Pimento Sandwich that I fell in love with this season and I have been ordering this sandwich for the last 10 times over the span of a month; was absolutely AWFUL. The bun was already soggy and falling apart, the chicken patty wasnt even room temperature. Atleast I know to NEVER, EVER go this Chick-fil-A location again. If you go, please check your food before you leave!

I ordered a cool wrap with fried chicken in it yesterday evening. The wrap barely had any chicken in it I called the store today and they wanted me to bring the old wrap back to them to get another one. I wasn’t trying to get a another for free I just wanted what I paid 8.00 for. I have worked at the grove before and so I am not trying to get a free wrap told him I wasn’t at home to bring it back. But that’s not the service that chicfila normally gives will not be back to this store

Got my spicy chicken sandwich and the bottom bread was old so old that I had to break it off and the Top bread was only 80% bread it must’ve broke off in the machine on top of that the lady forgot my sauces and once she seen me back at the register she just looked at me as if I was crazy and continued working other than that my chicken was hot but I give fair ratings so here it is
