Great service and restaurant. The new layout of the parking lot is a bit weird, and the employees do their best and are all very polite, but you run the risk of becoming trapped in the drive thru if theres any kind of hold up ahead of you, bc theres no way to exit the lanes after you get into them due to the new parking lot layout.

So I CAN’T GET MY CHICKEN COOKED HOT ON MY SALAD? I DONT LIKE COLD CHICKEN The cashier never let me know I couldn’t get hot chicken instead of cold chicken HE said ok to my order when it was time to get my order my chicken was cold i told the other worker that handed my food that I didn’t want my chicken cold he took the salad back tried to fix the problem but one of the kitchen crew member told him I couldn’t get what I wanted because that’s how they come he took my salad to the back then he threw it back the same way

I visited this location while in town and I always order the Cobb salad with grilled filleted/shredded chicken when I’m home in Atlanta but when I asked if it came the same way and was told yes, then receive a whole chicken sandwich on my salad I was highly disappointed…. They would never in Atlanta smh

I am here at Samford as a senior high school student to play in the Samford Honor Band this weekend. I have traveled from Hunstville, Alabama, and I’m staying at a hotel very close to campus with my father. I am a loyal Chick-fil-a customer and ex-employee. I’ve even achieved Signature status in years past. My friends and I had the idea to come to the Chick-fil-a within Samford’s campus (this location) to have a nice lunch together. We got into a relatively short and fast moving line, and then it was my turn to order. I did not have my wallet on me, however I had my card on my iPhone 14 with Apple Pay. I ordered my food (I had wanted a spicy sandwich and a cookie and menu items were not available with no visible signage or indication) so I got two regular sandwiches without pickles, a large coke, a large fry (I ended up getting a medium fry) and a brownie. I put my phone on the payment machine and it says accepted. They said that they didn’t see it on the screen, however I got the notification from my phone that money had been removed from my account. I try again and, again, money was removed from my account and my order wasn’t on the screen. After the fourth time, it finally worked, but not before the employees became unnecessarily angry with me as a customer and completely ruined my experience with this establishment.They ended up “giving me my food” with a snarky remark after the fourth time the payment had gone through when I had already rightfully paid four time previously. I have been to many Chick-fil-a’s in many different places around America and this is by far the worst experience I’ve had. Team members seemed as if they did not want to be working there, and did not care about their customers. Shall I also add that they never said “My pleasure”?

The food is good but the drive thru service needs some improvements or just return to how it used to be. Two lanes of cars no one is giving direction on your place in line. It may be possible that the young people they hired are not doing their job.

I’m from Georgia. Chick fil a is life. This is by far the poorest excuse for chick fil a customer service. The straw that broke the camels back is a Doordash order that the poor person has been waiting 40 minutes and counting?! They have zero urgency at the drive through are not pleasant at all and Truitt would be so upset.
