I went to this location for lunch. I ordered a market salad. I drove off and less than a minute later I opened my salad and there was a cockroach crawling around. I did a quick u turn back to chick fil A. When I told the employee about the incident. They said they was going to get a manager. NO MANAGER came. They went back in the freezer and wanted to give me another MARKET SALAD, however I declined. There wasn’t an apology or no empathy or sympathy regarding this matter. VERY SHOCKED AND IN DISBELIEF. I almost got into a car accident trying to close the salad box.

I love going to this chick filet but some days your team has got to slow down and give what someone ask for. This is the second time. I let it slide with my salad where I asked for no chicken got home and there was chicken on salad. Now I asked for eggs white. I received egg white and regular egg and no cheese. The label does not match the sandwich. Do better you have always been on point.

This is a new drive through design. I was on the property before closing but there was a truck that stopped in the front of me. About time I was able to get around he building they were closed. I only wanted a fry. I asked nicely and to my surprise not only was I able to get a nice fresh hot fry. Because they were already closed they gave it to me free. (Actually the car ahead of me paid for it – that what I was told!! ) I’ll be sure to pay it forward and buy someone else a free behind me next time! I love this place!

CFA used to be the staple of fast food. Always great, fast, fresh and made it worth “a few extra bucks”. Today the drive thru was snippy and rude and set a bad tone from the start. I ordered a grilled nugget meal which had a funky smell and chewy taste which ultimately led to me being violently sick all afternoon and embarrassing myself at work. This chain needs to get back to its roots instead of being sucked into the greed monster of lower quality and higher prices.

My favorite fast food chain ever. The hospitality is incredible and they’re always assisting with a smile. I feel for them when it’s hot out and they have to stand in the sun to take customers’ orders, it doesn’t make sense how customers can be rude to them. I always scan the app for rewards and most of the time they send me a random rewards such as a sandwich or a shake. Love love coming here.

I was doing a pickup order and I was ignored by an African American girl with red braids. She looked at me multiple times and did not ask me once about my pickup. My order was clearly on their pickup counter and I was standing there for longer than I needed to be. Mind you it was not busy at all and instead of asking me what name my order was under she was laughing with her friends. Not a great experience at all. Food was great but service could’ve been better.
