Disappointed with food. Ordered two salads for lunch. Lettuce was wilted and some were black. Had to pick through it. Bacon was fatty and uncooked. Service was great though… polite and friendly.

The restaurant kind busy for kid out school to shop and movie here. The service excellent. The mall not really busy it used to be. A lot of restaurants not as much people buying foods. The inflation hit so much to everyone industry.

Waiting months for their renovation, completely disappointed, walk through the drive thru car lines to get into the restaurant is the biggest an unsafe condition for family restaurant, get areas smaller to have room for their pick up food show us their interest in just sales and not in our community, more car lines to get food, but almost disappeared the play ground area for kids converting it in small and uncomfortable area where the kids supposedly to play.

This is an excellent Chick-fil-A. When the mall is really busy, they out two people with ipad on the line so you can order that way. Staff is friendly and the most efficient I’ve seen. If I ever need employees in the future, I’m poaching them. Chick-fil-A has the best chicken nuggets I’ve ever had. I also got a sandwich without bread, which they double checked with me before serving it. Iced tea is the beat of any chain. The staff even came out into the mall to see if I need a refill in my beverage. Customer service is second to none.

They will go that extra mile to make sure that you enjoy everything.
And another feature is that the owner/manager make sure that he sends out promotion and gives you rewards that keeps you coming back.
I totally agree with his management style! There is a new branch open next to my house but I am loyal to this branch. I love ❤️ this spot mostly!!!!

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent order. There was a hair in my salad absolutely disgusting and completely unacceptable. To make things worse, I didn’t receive any ketchup or Chick-fil-A sauce, which I specifically requested.
