the staff are extremely rude and passive-aggressive for absolutely no reason, which ironically goes against chick-fil-a principles. stingy on the sauces like it’s coming out of their paycheck. i asked for 2 more sauces, which is technically included in my order, and the manager gave me such a stank stare. i was taken aback. this location needs 100% rehiring because this is ridiculous. all this tuition money to be treated like garbage. i can’t believe i pay for these people’s wages.

My 1st time in a chick fil A ever! The atmosphere was so relaxed, no screaming, it is clean, the employees are smiling and greeting customers, it doesn’t smell oil, they have different size tables and height. Ordered from here earlier today. If I could give it 0 stars I would. The lady at the front was extremely rude and wasn’t helpful at all. They are super stingy and made me order fries separately that I had to wait over 15 minutes for. Food was mediocre, fries were soggy and not fresh. Terrible experience. Unfortunately there aren’t as many option as far as dining on the BBC campus as there is for MMC. Won’t be returning here.

Firat, this is in Aventura and not FIU. HOWEVER, U order in advance and a polite person brings you out a delicious meal.
Here is an honest to goodness story that just happened. I always like to tip to show my gratitude. I offered the young lady a small tip and she said that she could not take it because it’s against policies but she was very grateful. I insisted and again she said no. So, I finally said: “please take. I mean, who’s going to know?” She looked at me, chuckled and said, “I would. I’m the manager. ” Good lord. ♀️ lol
