Terrible place to go at night. The people at night only care about
clocking out, and going home. I came through for a simple order, and during the whole process, I just received straight attitude. The person who took my order was very snarky, and didn’t care about anything besides getting me out of the drive-thru. I asked for 3 things, including food. I asked for extra ranch, and got barely any ranch. The food was very cold, the drink had a gray clip in it that I have no idea what it is, and I feel sick from the order. The only good part about this visit was the kind lady who handed out the food and actually made me feel welcomed.
During the daytime, it’s way more efficient, people are more attentive, kind, and responsive. They make sure everything you ordered is made right and always have the right temperatures.

Milkshake discolored and employee denied it when questioned. The regular food was as ordered, nothing special or wrong. But the supposedly vanilla milkshake was a shade of brown with spots of white in it. I did NOT drink the shake for fear of what the discoloration was from, but I can only assume that the machine was not cleaned properly after a previous order. When the employee handed the shake to me, I asked “Is that vanilla?” because I could see something was wrong with the color. This was before he even let go of it. His response was “Yeah.” And he made no effort to check this or look at the color. If the culvers in the area wasnt so slow, I would never come back to this mcdonalds, I travel through often and have few other options at this point in the drive.

I was told my coffee wasn’t available to make but then when I asked for a refund they gave me coffee? When I got home I opened my food and it looks like someone took a bite out of one of my chicken nuggets. I’m a little disappointed usually RC is really good.

Not even sure why I still give them a chance. This is the most incompetent location I’ve ever been to. Every time I come there is something wrong. I’ve had to circle back through the drive thru 3 times once when they screwed up the replacement food worse than the initial food. Ordering Inside is no different, just seems like they either don’t understand how to read the ticket or just don’t care.

The main reason to stop here was to get a Shamrock shake. They didn’t have any, even though it was on the menu board. I almost left for that reason, and really wish I had. The fries were limp and luke warm at best, the sandwiches were not fresh and the soda was flat. We took our order to go, if not I would have taken the food back to the counter and requested fresh food. It was beyond disappointing. The size of a slice of cheese on a filet-o-fish is now less than 1/2 the size of an actual slice of cheese. If you aren’t coming here during rush time expect sub par and stale food.

Locked the doors on people because the drive through was busy, while people were
visibly inside eating also when I ordered a frappe they said the machine wasn’t working but then when we got to the window the worker said that the machine WAS working and they don’t know why they lied. What a bunch of lazy people.

Every time I go to this restaurant they can’t seem to read and get an order correct! Wouldn’t matter so much if I wasn’t paying extra for bacon only to get it with none! Not just once or twice but EVERY TIME!! If my kids didn’t love it I would never go here again!
