Pro tip: when you get a pick up notification that your food is ready, it’s not really ready. You will most likely wait about 10 minutes before being acknowledged and wait an extra 10 minutes for your food to actually be ready. It’s happened to me over 3 times already. This location is just a bunch of kids hanging out for a paycheck.

Update: Visited drive-thru in the evening and they are not organized. No no flow nor numbering system for order. The second lane drops and combines with the other lane and makes the line stagnant to get your food. 8/19/22

It’s the details for me. Every time I’ve order something from here, they forget an item. The ICE, the salad dressing, or salad toppings, gave the wrong sauce, even a sandwich one time… it’s always something. And yes once they even forgot the ice, when I picked “light ice”. When I’m the store at times, there are massive employees all hanging out behind the counter but none to help you. You can wait but they must stop talking before they address you. I’m all for having a good time at work, but customers waiting shouldn’t be a thing. Just not the “chick -fil- a way” I’m used to.

6/24 Tablet employee at drive thru charged my card then later a different employee at the window charged my card again. When I questioned why I was being charged again, the employee & manager claimed that the initial charge didn’t go through. However, I showed them on my phone that I received a notification confirming both pending charges they tell me to come back for a refund if they get taken out. Both charges were taken out of my account 6/26. Wasn’t going to waste my time arguing over $14 then and won’t waste my time going back for the refund. Just do better.

On August 9th, the morning manager or supervisor carried out a long conversation with her friend or someone she knew and was holding up the drive thu line. Even after the person got their food, she continued to carry on their conversations as if there wasn’t anyone in line. She didn’t even apologize for holding up the line.

Chick-fil-a has established a high standard for fast food. This experience failed to meet that standard. I choose to dine in with my 6 year old son at this location. After ordering my son guessed the amount only to have the cashier say it was more because he needed his tip. When the team member delivered our food there was no verbal interaction at all. I had the #1 and discovered the chicken didn’t even cover the bun. After ordering 2 shakes from the app I had to ask the supervisor sitting behind us to check since it had been 15 minutes since we ordered. Finally, I have grown accustomed to hearing a particular genre of music in Chick-fil-a which was also missing in this location. All this made for a very dissapointing visit.

A little too expensive without coupons or app discounts. Excellent Kid’s meal & not too expensive for that. Picky grandson liked it (especially the fruit cup). They had a great little book for the kids’ meal, too. My husband really enjoyed the spicy grilled chicken salad.
