They have a small play place for the kids to play in. One part you can climb up and slide down and then a little airplane with a steering wheel and windows for the younger ones who can’t climb. Always fast service here even with a busy parking lot and dining room. The food is always fresh and hot we love this location.

Stopped by on my way to sea world as I was in need of some nourishment. This place did not disappoint. I loved how big it is inside. It’s about time chick fil a decided to build bigger restaurants. The store was clean and the service was good. My meal was hot and fresh. My only complaint was that the bathroom smelled like poop. Still a great experience.

I came by for dinner last night, the food was good as always & my kids had so much fun at the playground. Before we left I ordered takeout & Tori kindly offered to help carry food to my car because I had my hands full with my two littles (2 & 5). That was so sweet of her. After having a really rough day, it was refreshing for someone to go out of their way to help me. I love chic fil a! Thank you Tori!

For fast food I love Chick Fil A. The food is good but the service, particularly at this Saxon location is always top notch. Been going here since they opened and have never had a bad experience with a single employee. Aside from the typical lunch or dinner menu I highly recommend the breakfast options. So good.

The service at this chic fil a is always amazing. The staff are friendly and service is fast. The food quality had dipped a little over the years. I am not sure if it’s just due to inflation, but the sandwiches have gotten smaller in my opinion. Plus they sometimes do not give you any sauces.

WARNING. If you get gifted a free sandwich reward from a store, don’t redeem it here. I got a free chicken sandwich and figured why not redeem it. I put in the notes “make it spicy please” I also ordered a deluxe grilled chicken meal with drink. The older gentleman came out and told me that it’s more expensive to switch from a regular chicken to a spicy chicken sandwich. I asked him how much and he told me he wasn’t sure and would have to check. While I waited I pulled up the menu. It was a $0.30 difference. I looked at the points system and if I redeemed it, it would cost THE SAME AMOUNT of points. He came back and told me it would be $0.81. I knew it wasn’t his fault and didn’t want to hold it against him. I reached out to support and got an email response. I will never come back to this location after this experience.

Come here a lot. Slower than molasses at 7:30am, forgets salsa for my breakfast burrito for the upteenth time. You have 3 things on the menu and you had 3 people in the drive thru. Why does a pickup order take 15 minutes even after I cheated the app to have you start it sooner? Do better, please.

Very busy Thursday evening and the place was packed. Still got through the drive thru fairly quick. Did I mention it was raining and the poor girls were outside in the rain taking orders and delivering food just to make sure everybody got their order quick and got out quick. The place was clean well lit and like I said the employees were everywhere doing their job they were in the Drive-Thru taking orders they were in the other end of the drive-thru delivering food so people could just drive through it was amazing how quick them ladies and I said ladies cuz that’s all I seen was girls and they were amazing their manager should be proud and each one of them should get either a small bonus or a small raise. 5 Star’s.

Nothing to complain about! It’s always their pleasure and though it took a little longer to get my food than I hoped, it was my fault that I was in a hurry and it wasn’t awful. I love CFA, so I can deal with the wait.
