ChicFila is capitalizing on geolocation and pushing the mobile orders function through their app, offering extra pts. Keep em rolling, keep em happy. They should probably check with their franchisees first. Thery apparently didnt get the message. This location HOLDS the orders until you arrive so the order will be “FRESH”. That is counterintuitive and contrary to what other locations across the country are doing. I know, I have been to several of them.
I did the same thing I have done at their locations. Place the order on the app. Pull in the designated drive through lane. App updates my location. Tells me to pull around for my order. Not HERE. I was stalked in the line and chastised for not stopping to give my order to the Queen of the Drive Thru. I was told, “I dont know what they do at other locations,” (after peeping my out of state license plate), “but HERE you have to check in.” Even after explaining the app and other locations’ process, still stank as ever, her majesty repeated her chiding. Yeah. You might want to check your “tourist bias” and replace it with customer service. If it’s not “your pleasure” then I, other “tourists” and specifically Chic Fila would appreciate it if you found the place where it is. NEVER had an experience like this. Wont be coming back here. Will drive to a different state to avoid them.
PS The young lady at the window was much nicer, taking the time to explain and stated she would escalate to get more info. However, her customer service didn’t fully decontaminate the location for me.

I’m not sure if the managers see these reviews but i hope they do cause their employee Raigan is amazing. She was so sweet while taking our order and went out of her way to make conversation with me and sister and made our night completely. She truly was such a sweet soul!! I hope to see her again next time

Chick filet is slipping. Usually always consistent. This time they gave me a burrito when I asked for a bowl. They gave me small tots when I ordered a large. Table wasn’t very clean either. I’ll give this location another chance because the last few times it’s been good. But today I’m not happy.

I try to go for breakfeast this morning and the girls take wrong my orden they make me waith for the wrong product for around 20 minutes and later when I try to talk with the manager in charge her name is Mia she specting to double charging more money terrible costomer service after make me feel so bad and looking me like idiot she trowing the chiken fillet in a bag no bread no sandwich no nathing my food is cool I have to make the sandwich by my self with cool bread and cool chiken and also this people make me wasting so much time I get late to my work I don’t understand how sombady with so bad actitud and terrible costumer service can be the manager of this location is horrible I don’t know what kind the idiots tinking you ask for a chiken breakfeast without the chiken

Not for nothing I always have a good time coming to Chick-fil-A with my daughters. They always get the same thing and definitely love the Polynesian sauce. The service there is always very uplifting and cheerful. Their atmosphere is always very nice. The food is always high and fresh, which I appreciate . They definitely see me coming every month lol. And their hospitality is very appreciated.

I will never bring my business to this location ever again. Very disappointed in the service more than anything. I’ve never had a bad experience at a Chic fil A, EVER! My kids especially love their food. We ordered a 30ct family meal to be delivered to our home on my DAUGHTERS birthday recently.. delivery driver showed up with less than half of the food.. which of course is to be expected sometimes with these delivery services, unfortunately. We called the store immediately to speak with a manager to see if we could just come pick up the rest of the food so we could feed our kiddos for our DAUGHTERS BIRTHDAY.. We’ve had this happen in the past with other orders and restaurants have allowed us to just come pick up the food real quick rather than have delivery driver come back and drive back to us.. makes more sense if food is forgotten. The female manager lady (forgot her name) that we spoke with had no sympathy whatsoever. Told us she THREW OUT OUR FOOD already and we would have to go through the delivery app for support.. didn’t even offer to remake the food or accommodate this issue considering we had just spent 70$ and the restaurant already got their money!! Not to mention it was our DAUGHTERS birthday. We were forced to go spend more money elsewhere.. SHAME ON YOU CHIC FIL A ORANGE CITY!! Never again.

I went to Saxon address and OMG that is the worst parking lot. Getting in and out between 12-1pm are a mess. That being said the employees work fast! Weather through drive thru or going in they take care of you so fast. The food is hot too. I love the chicken tenders, lemonade, and Mac. So good!!!

Writing this as I’m sitting in a parking spot waiting 30 minutes for a drive thru order. They ran out of hash browns and eggs… fine, no biggie. But there was such a lack of communication. One second they could substitute for fries the next second I couldn’t. It was all around such a frustrating experience with no offer for recovery. It felt like chaos. Worst CFA experience I’ve ever had.
