Absolutely love our local Chick-fil-A! Received exceptional service on 2/18/26 from Dez and Kaori that had us all smiling and feeling appreciated. We were celebrating our son’s first soccer game and these two awesome folks really made our dinner experience so special.
The food was freshly cooked and surprisingly flavorful, especially the Cobb salad. Service was great, as the staff made sure to check on us regularly. Our sons had so much fun in the playground too, which for us, is a major reason why we love to dine in.
Many thanks to Dez and Kaori for the ice cream and for the laughs. Truly one of the best Chick-fil-A restaurants we’ve ever been to, and we feel so lucky to have it right in our backyard!

Disappointed in the food i received today. For one they forgot to add the salsa packet that goes with the chicken hash brown bowl, but that’s not the part that bothered me. What bothers me is the portion size of chicken i ordered on the side. It’s barely the size of my palm, I keep trying to go through customer service to submit a complaint but since i ordered through doordash, they keep saying i have to go through them when i feel like this is 100% chick fil a’s issue

As with most chick fil a’s, this was an amazing experience. The food is always fresh, hot and delicious. The line is always long, but it moves very swiftly. They have definitely mastered chicken and fries, lemonade and customer service. In addition to that, I haven’t met a rude customer service.Agent from chick fil a yet. This location is hit or miss in reference to food and service. I ordered a chicken biscuit combo, and a B.E.C. Biscuit with a fillet added. After about 10 minutes of all the cars behind me receiving their food I asked if my order could be checked on. And an order was brought to me. I checked when I got home and it was either not my order or made incorrectly.

We are a chikfila family..unfortunately this store is lacking. Noone to take order in our lane for 4 minutes as I watched the other lane order car after car. So I went to window for them to tell me to go back around. Are you kidding me. Lady said the “manager” said so. Well, looks like this store needs a new manager. Had plenty of emoyees standing around handing out chips though.

This is the only chick fil a that has a bad drive through design, multiple cars waiting in the pick up line to place an order as there is nothing dividing the pick up line and the beginning of the drive through line. I had 3 cars merge in front of me, then since they didn’t place an order they’re getting redirected to the driver thru 1 by 1. Super inefficient.

Chick-fil-A Oakleaf is seriously the best! The staff is always so kind and fast, and they make you feel welcome every time you pull up. My order is always fresh and correct, and their customer service is amazing. Definitely my favorite Chick-fil-A!
