Ordered breakfast through the app. MOST of the order was unavailable because they apparently ran out of biscuits. I’m genuinely curious why they have someone who can’t do simple math answering phones. When more than half my order is missing why is my refund less than half the price? Ordered two meals, two biscuit sandwiches and a side order of hashbrowns. Got one meal and two extra orders of hashbrowns. Called to discuss the refund inaccuracies and spoke with the rudest CFA employee I’ve ever encountered. So you take my money, don’t refund the full amount owed, short me on food, then have a rude woman answer the phone and speak to people in a very condescending tone. I’m about over this location. Get it together.

I’d just like to say that this location is great. I got to witness my first Karen in the wild here tonight over some fries and the staff handled it really well. Very entertaining to be honest watching her lose her mind over a 5 min wait but again, the staff was very professional. As for our service, we had a gentleman take very good care of us for our dinner tonight. Fries were running out but he treated us with a vanilla shake for our troubles. And when the fries were available again he even offered to give us some. Very sweet. Will definitely be coming back. Tonight’s dinner and show (starring miss green Karen) was one to remember

I asked for a LARGE drink. NOT a LARGE cup of ICE. It was literally 75% ice, 20% soda and 5% empty. I had to stop at a gas station and buy another soda so I could finish my meal. This is RIDICULOUS! You guys have plenty of customers that support you daily. The least you could do is not use the ice trick on the drinks. (JAZMINE)

Normally anything I purchase here is spot on but my hash brown scramble bowl was sad. My scrambled eggs were extremely hard and thin. Check out the picture. All of my eggs were this way. I could not enjoy my breakfast and do not have the time to take it back. DISAPPOINTED and DISSATISFIED!! I didn’t get the quality I’m use to receiving.

This Chick-fil-A has really gone down hill! The food used to always be fresh n hot no matter what time of day I went. They always forgetting something so don’t EVER drive off without double checking your order. The employees are all young people and it most definitely shows as far as the service and poor attitudes of some!!! If you want fresh food with awesome service go to the one on Wells Rd. Also don’t EVER do doordash with them, I should have known if they can’t get it right going to the restaurant than they most definitely will screw up a delivered order!!!

The guy in the drive-thru was rude when I tried to order lunch during breakfast hours even though there was a lunch menu displayed during breakfast hours. Told me this is owned by Joe Mayo and its his decision to not serve lunch during breakfast hours so order breakfast or wait til 10:30. Any other chick fil a I’ve ever been serves lunch during breakfast hours so I was shocked when they refused.
