Walked in to place a to-go order. Not impressed with the new CFA. The floor was filthy. There are three registers, so the emphasis is on the drive-through and Door Dash/Uber takeout. Hence, service inside is slow.

We always enjoy our experience when we go to Chick-fil-A. The staff are friendly and aim to please. I would give them all a raise! Especially the ones that deliver our orders in rain. Talk about working for the glory of God! I love to see this in today’s youth. Responsibly and discipline go a long way. Parents keep up the good work. God is in your corner.

This is one of the best places to take your family to eat away from home. It’s ALWAYS CLEAN- this includes the seating areas/restrooms/outside areas. Great atmosphere. There is no loud, raunchy music. The employees have such a pleasant disposition greeting everyone with a smile and leaving you with a respectful “Thank You, Sir/Ma’am.” All the prices are reasonable and there are coupons in the newspaper or online that provide discounts that make food even more affordable. We don’t eat out much, but this is one of the places we love to visit.

Friendly staff and the food is good but I won’t be back because of the slow service. Numerous times I’ve waited in the line for 20+ minutes. Today I waited awhile, barely moved.. so I left and drove to the Middleburg location and and got my food in the same amount of time it would have taken me to get through the fleming island line. That is the last time I’ll go to this location.

I did a mobile order and said I was there while I was actually next door because I know they’re usually slow. Even after I went inside I still had to wait almost 10 minutes on my food. I asked about my food and was told it was next but the 4 other people got their food before someone else checked on me. I had requested extra honey butter on our chicken minis and there wasn’t any. I love CFA but am hesitant to come to this one because they’ve messed up our order a number of times and prioritize drive thru.

Always extremely busy. However, if you can find a place to park and you dine in, the busy atmosphere seems to disappear. The staff is friendly and the food is good. The only problem is their tiny parking lot and the number of people that use the drive thru on a daily basis.
