I went through the drive through on my way to work with my dog, Maverick. He’s 16 & 1/2 years old. He’s been my best friend for almost half my life. I manage a local animal hospital and sadly, I have to say goodbye to my bestfriend today. I thought the Lord’s chicken would be a perfect last meal for him. I told this to the associate who took my order while I was sobbing and unsure what to order. I wanted plain chicken nuggets for him and then a bundle of breakfast chicken minis for my team. The associate offered me chicken minis for him, I had to again ask for just the nuggets. Then when I asked for a bundle of the minis, she said the largest size was 10 (I have gotten the 40 piece for my team before) so I just ordered 4 of the 10 piece. She showed no compassion and no condolences. I was simply someone who she was trying to rush an order through to move onto the next car. At least he loved the chicken

Too many brand changes with food. It’s just not the same and the latest thing I’ve noticed, they’ve changed their yogurt and it’s disgusting & watery. I used to buy lots of these but won’t anymore. My parrot won’t even eat the new one and he’s always loved it. Please stop changing everything that made you so popular!

Struggled a little giving 3 stars this time. Normally at least a 4-star experience but this time there were several misses. I called and they promptly made them all right, but not without having to return to the store at dinner time.

There was a roach that was running along the soda machine while I was giving my order . The employee handled it well and was very polite. The manger was informed by the employee and didn’t bother to comment on the situation, not good …

Im giving this a one star purely because I got 3 chic-n-minis when I paid for 4 i was so hungry I didnt even notice until after I finished the first one and im not thrilled that I will still be hungry.. Everything else was wonderful (service and atmosphere) as always but come on mann!!! I hope it was just a busy morning and someone didn’t just think this was acceptable

Once again my order was incorrect. Second time this has happened at this location. First time it happened I submitted feedback on the company website. They got back to me pretty quick and took care of the issue. This time, it’s Friday and the order was on Wednesday and I’m still waiting for a response.

This one will always be the best because of the management the people and of course the owner it makes a difference when you got people that care and I can tell you this one is better than any of the other ones in this whole area cause I’ve ate that all of them This restaurant really cares…. compare them and you’ll see and you will be back to the Fleming Island store.

We waited 15 minutes, longer than others, for our order and received this tiny portion of waffle fries instead of the Medium size we paid for. Someone who works here does not care about the quality service Chick-fil-A promises.
