My husband and I visit this location’s drive-thru once or twice a week. Several times these days, they don’t give us the sauce we asked for, or put in the sauce we didn’t ask for. I don’t eat ketchup, so I don’t know why they gave me ketchup. Be sure to check the drink you ordered. I ordered sweet tea, but it came with soda. Why don’t you double check your order form????

What can I say?! Chik fil a never disappoints me with there food. It’s like God makes the chicken himself & puts it into each of their restaurants. This time I ordered the Cobb Salad with a side of nuggets & I couldn’t be more happy with it. Now they could’ve gave me a second dressing but I guess that was God telling me I’m fat & only needed one. Lol I was overall very pleased

Y’all – when I tell you I had an ENTIRE drink spilled on me by an employee, and I mean all. over. me. She literally just dropped it and the lid said nope not today. Honestly at any other restaurant this probably would’ve annoyed me, but these people. I have two assistant managers run to me, at least three employees handing me wet wipes and napkins, at one point I’m pretty sure one employee tried to wipe down my FEET with a wet wipe because I mentioned my shoes and feet were sticky – I was like oh no thank you it’s okay. I got about 57 “I’m sorrys” when I tried to help them clean up the mess they kept telling me not to worry and to stop….these people, they’re literally the hands and feet of Jesus and every employee I’ve encountered there has been the BEST. 10/10 you guys!!

Love this CFA, but every time I get their sweet tea, it just doesn’t taste sweet at all. I’ve gone to multiple CFA locations and all of their sweet tea taste good, but this location’s sweet tea just tastes watered down and barely any sugar. Sometimes I’ll give it a few weeks and try to see if they fixed their sweet tea, but it’ll still taste the same as the last time

The new drive through really isn’t that great. We sat there and waited and waited while cars just kept passing us through the mobile order line. The old drive through was much better, it also went by much quicker. We got our food and went home. We didn’t have straws, our sauces weren’t there and my sandwich was wrong. Seems like they spent all that time renovating just to ruin the experience.

Ordered a pickup order on the app around 1015, got to the store a couple minutes after 1030 to be told they had to cancel the order because Breakfast was over. If this is the case they need to disable the ability to order breakfast on the app if I can’t get my food I ordered. I’d understand if we didn’t get there till 11 but 1035? Really upsetting. Drove 20 min to pick up nothing. Even called the store on the way to make sure this wouldn’t be an issue and can never get anyone to answer the phone.
