Rudest employees ever who got an attitude with me because I ordered in the mobile app and waited 15 minutes and no order yet. So I go to the counter and was ignored. Finally I asked where my order was. Rude employee asks me if I see all of these customers waiting here long before me and she had to serve them first. And she also told me I was being rude and nasty with her. Number one red flag I was the only DA sitting at a table in the dining room. Everyone else was wrapped all around inside standing in line waiting and waiting for their orders. And the drive thru line was backed up to the Goodwill Store. So another employee walks over and gives me 2-3 cards for a free chicken biscuit or minis. So they finally bring my order out to my table. BUT RUDE EMPLOYEES ARE GOSSIPING ABOUT ME BEING RUDE AND HAVING AN ATTITUDE TO ALL OF THE CUSTOMERS WHO ARE STANDING THERE WAITING ON THEIR ORDERS. I also overheard an employee ask another employee “What did that stupid woman order? Let’s go ahead a fix hers before anyone else’s.” So by this time even the customers were telling me and the employees how mean and rude I was. No I simply asked about why I hadn’t received my order yet. So my order finally came out to my table and my hot coffee I ordered was colder than my coke on ice that I also ordered. I returned my coffee to the counter and left it there and didn’t say a thing to no employee. I gagged down some of my breakfast. I could still hear the employees gossiping about me to the customers who were still up there waiting on their food. I was very hurt at the way unprofessional employees not only rudely talked to me but gossiped to me to other customers. So obviously I should have just been so nice and kind and wait over an hour on an order and be grateful and polite when it finally does come? I left the 3 plastic cards for a free chicken biscuit on the table I was sitting at and left. Never again at this Chick fil a! This location used to be one of the best ones in this area and had the drive thru line working great. But the last 6 months this place has fallen beyond disgrace. Never again! Obviously they are short staffed and manager and employees need some training in respect, customer service, and management. I will not be back!

idk what this chick fil a is doing with my kale salad but i’m just gonna leave this pic here and show how there’s literally none in it. this is the second day in a row they’ve barely filled the bowl. sooo ill now next time look and hold up the line to get it actually filled. this is like filling up a drink half way….

So I tried the new chorizo egg bites being tested in this area today. Let me just say these were amazing perfectly flavored with a hint of heat not dry a must try. I ordered their jalapeno salsa just in case it needed it but it didn’t but tastes wonderful with their sauce. Their salsa is perfect if you haven’t tried you should. Service was fast, courteous, and made to order. Great job! Please keep this item delicious nothing like Starbucks, egg bites so much better.

Service is on point as well as the food with certain chick fil a restaurant locations: washington road, robert daniel pkwy. The food is good but it has been several times i went to chick fil a ordering meals. And the food (chicken sandwich & fries) can be lackluster in the quality. Wednesday morning was a very busy morning the line was extremely long so I went in thinking I would get in an out but that wasn’t the case I begin to get mad upon waiting on my order everyone that was behind me got their food before me mind you Ann and another Worker stated they were waiting on minis I ordered ten but somehow I was the last to get mine I got a bit upset but Ann came over and expressed not only sympathy but empathy as well she expressed how much she cared about my time because I didn’t mention it was 8:45 and my kid had to be to school 15 min away before 9am but ANN ❤️ Ann made me feel so much better even though I received my food last someone cared and she gave me a refund and said happy holidays ! She made me want to extend love all day

Didn’t go inside. Two people per drive-in lanes to take orders and another two in line for payment. 15 minutes wait was well worth it!! Juicy thick long chicken fingers, less greasy waffle fries cooked perfectly and hot until finished, and they even have good tasting mayo packets.

I’ve been to several Chick-fil-A restaurants while traveling but this is by far the best one! The service is on point, the food is served hot, the staff is super friendly, and the restaurant is very clean. Will definitely stop here again when passing thru.

I was in town visiting and had other family members headed back out of town, going home. Well we met up with a couple of other family members to dine at this Chic fil A… as we approached the doors, the staff opened them and welcomed us in! OMG, it literally felt like royalty the way it was done. They get 5 stars alone on the greeting. Their services were superb and the meals were delicious. I’ve had many good experiences with Chic fill A over the years, on countless visits… but NOTHING beats this one! Also, just to note how their drive through lines were full… but they were moving rather smooth and swiftly. No long waits at all…I enjoyed watching them operate in such a satisfying manner. Thank You…and WE’LL all be BACK! ❤️

Very uncomfortable atmosphere.The girl cashing out orders was rude. Might just be the color of my skin. Ordered a biscuit only, she automatically assumed chicken biscuit, I’m a pescatarian, received a biscuit that was still cut in half as if they don’t just sell the biscuit itself.
