My husband and I each got grilled chicken wraps, the only difference is his was spicy but look at the size difference!?! They should both be the same but as you can see one is almost a 1/4 bigger. I don’t understand because they are the same item. First time having it so not sure if it’s typically the size of the bigger one or smaller one but they should be more consistent. The kids food came out hot and fresh, as expected from chickfila.

Seems like the morning crew is way better than the night crew. Not sure if it’s because it’s mostly teenagers and they don’t care or it’s poor management. The last 3 times I’ve gone my order is missing items or the fries are cold. You can’t hardly check your order before they’re moving you forward for the next customer. Before you could go and never had to worry about checking your food or making sure you’re given napkins but not anymore. The collections has the best store of them all and if it wasn’t so far away I wouldn’t go to the dawsonville location anymore. I even asked to speak to a manager this last time cause I’m over my order not being correct. He couldn’t even speak with me cause he was about to count the drawer. I managed a restaurant for years and I never wanted a customer to leave unhappy but in this case he didn’t even care. I don’t wasn’t asking for a free meal or refund. I just wanted to let them know there are some things they need to work on but clearly they don’t care cause they know people will still come. Just sad the service industry has changed so much and I know people are short staffed. They aren’t and there’s no reason for these mistakes to happen every single time!

Not what I hoped for after being closed three months. Visited here on 4/12/23 for breakfast, and half my order was missing or wrong. They were not busy at all around 8am. The service was okay but very disappointing for having spent $26. The hashbrown scramble bowl that we always get came grilled and with no hashbrowns, never have I ever ordered it this way.

Morning workers are awesome. Never had an issue. Evening workers don’t seem to care too much. Cold food and only 1 sauce on the last order. Have had other issues recently but 3rd time gets a review. Gonna have to go back to checking orders before you leave.

Chick -fil-A is always good. Quick stop for lunch just before rush, but still quite busy. Walked in and was greeted by Jim. Made me feel like a long time customer on my first visit. Great food, great people, great service.
