This Chick-fil-A location, as well as every other location that I have visited serves great food and great service!! The only problem at this location, is that during breakfast, lunch and dinner prime times the Drive Thru is backed up with customers around the entire building. There are some locations that are located in just as busy areas as this location that handle their Drive Thru with faster service to prevent the amount of backed up customers in their Drive Thru. This location needs to re-evaluate how they are currently operating their Drive Thru in order to hopefully come up with a faster solution.

I love the char-grilled nuggets & could probably eat them everyday!! Service is always exceptional. Even when they’re crazy busy the staff is always polite & takes their time, I never feel rushed & I always feel appreciated.

After spending $30 I would appreciate it if my order was correct! my “club” was missing the Colby jack cheese and bacon. Also the people working at this location never greet you, or give the usual chic fila service. Kinda more of a McDonald’s service feel. I always have issues with this location. Wont be returning.

I almost didn’t eat here because I’ve had issues with the food quality before and the drive through line is complicated, but it was on the way home and I thought, why not? Bad decision. After 35 minutes in line and getting cut in front of twice (because the signage for how the line wraps around the building twice is lacking or people don’t care), apparently this location deemed 5 normal nuggets and 3 extremely small breading bits as acceptable for an 8 count nugget. This was not Chick-Fil-A standards. The ONLY good thing was the Mac-N-Cheese. I will drive to Poplar or PTC next time I want Chick-Fil-A. Lesson learned.

I went there last night around 9 and went through y the drive thru. Ordered a Cobb salad with no chicken bc I can’t eat gluten and then at the window we asked for chic fil a sauce and the girl responded with an attitude saying that you were out of chic fil a sauce. So I parked went inside and asked for sauce which there was plenty of. Then when we got home to eat I realized there was fried chicken tint he salad which I couldn’t eat and was also charged for the chicken. Not going to this location again.

Serving stale bread and chicken on CFA sandwiches is so small, chicken would fit better on a biscuit instead of bun. Reported stale bread to management and they were too busy conversing with one another to care. Barely acknowledged my concern. NOT THE QUALITY CFA I AM ACCUSTOMED TO.

Y’all I drive past this one to go to the one in PTC. The service in the morning is terrible. People cut in the drive thru line, the girls running the drive thru are too busy talking about what they used to wear in middle school then to provide an ounce of service. No one speaks to you. Never coming here again. Avoid this chick fil a in the morning at all costs. I will say the dinner crew has done a better job in the past when I had to go there. Definitely a no no in the morning though.
