Food as always is yummy. However I ordered extra dressing for my salad and it wasn’t there. And for some reason the salads are barely covering the bottom of the container anymore. And for the price there should be enough lettuce to fill the container bottom and then put the other items on it. I might have to stop getting salads if it continues.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt compelled to today. Javarick truly made our experience special. I was having a terrible day, but he made both me and my husband smile and laugh and no one ever makes my husband laugh. We felt so genuinely welcomed by him. He has an amazing smile and the best laugh. Please recognize this outstanding young man, Chick-fil-A. He made our day.

This is the only fast food restaurant (Chick-fil-A) that even if the drive through line is stretched clear across the parking lot I will still get in line and have complete confidence they will take my order and get my food to me in record time. All while maintaining the highest level of customer service and most importantly getting my order Correct!!!
Lastly if you are not using the app and earning points each time you visit you are costing yourself free menu items.

3/8/25 UPDATE:
Went for quick dinner but waited in drive-thru about 20 mins & only 2/3 vehicles waiting. Ordered food, made clear, DID NOT check bag as I should’ve but upset I ordered a beverage that SHOULD have whip & cherry..IT DID NOT & was like 1/2 full-a $5 rip off along with a kid’s 2 tender meal & old crusted over m&c w/CFA….DID NOT GET. I received ketchup as my requested CFA clearly noted on bag and receipt. Called and spoke w/supposed manager, 1st initial E told me he could give me some fries for the issue. WTH…..I didn’t order fries & that was a major insult. The whole meal ruined and a total waste of my time & monies. Too disgusted to eat…..TRASHED!
Note my receipt doesn’t show ketchup…..didn’t ask for it because I don’t eat it!
I have the app & use but it’s down right awful service @ the Locust Grove location. I have to delete & not patron a business whose motto is EXCELLENT customer service…ALL LIES. The reviews show proof of patron disrespect since day 1!
12/30 UPDATE:
I’d visited the local store because I reside minutes away knowing traffic AWFUL…but kinda awful service today. Ordered a Salad & made clear what I’d not want…checked bag & like ok…..because I’d asked for one thing & got another…small but shouldn’t even be an issue…check receipt & pic with non-requested item & it’s clearly noted on receipt.
It should be a service thing not a time thing. Congested & rushed service.

I reside in area & happy to see but this is the WORST chain by far. Each time I’ve visited including today about 2.30pm, my order is incorrect.
No traffic when ordering a Salad w/no tomatoes and condiments. EASY. Got to pick up, waited for well over 10 mins even though lots of staff playing around. My food sat onnthe counter while I waited. I had to ask…& I’m the 1st and only car waiting. Got foods, incorrect. There was a guy whom helped but the other 7/8 females standing around taking pictures, NOT WORKING.
Sad service, sad nasty foods.
Undeserving of 1 star because each visit there’s issues with 6/7 visits. TERRIBLE!

I come here quite often but usually through the drive thru. There, I get exceptional service. Today I decided to dine in. The cashier was very nice and they were nice to bring customers food to the table. However, I walked up to the counter to get a refill and a bag to put my uneaten food in and 3 times 3 different people saw me standing there and not one of them acknowledged me. I ended up balancing the food and my drink in my hands and put it in a Walmart bag that was in my car….
*But I do appreciate the nice cashier. I wish I knew his name. He has a cross tattoo on his forearm if that helps.

I’ve been a long time customer of Chick Fil A and put in a large catering order last week for a Halloween party I was hosting from this store. I called a few hours before 5pm to confirm. Everything was confirmed so I focused on the party. Once I noticed that it was 5:30pm and no food had arrived, I called around. Turns out, the order was somehow forgotten by the whole team and it didn’t show up until 1.5 hours after the time I chose. I’m giving 4 stars because in the end, CFA did make it right and refunded my entire order but when I first spoke to the store, I was only offered free food. When you spend over $200 on a catering order, you don’t want ‘a couple of sandwiches’ to make up for the fact that we had to purchase an additional $100 in food that evening. Thank you to whomever pushed the refund through and my feedback is to educate your managers at store level to not respond immediately with a not equivalent offer. I’m glad you made it right as our family does love CFA.

I utilize the Mobile Thru option, usually if I leave work late. I can pick dinner up on my way home. 9 out of 10 orders are bagged correctly too. This is positive for Fast Food now a days!

Better check your food order. They will mess it up and when you drive off they will ask you to come back to get it corrected. After seeing their reviews I will suggest you drive pass this location to the next exit. Save yourself the headache with the kids out there that seems to not care even when taking your order.
