Ordered curbside since It was most convenient and time friendly. Received my order and my chicken minis were either had old or burnt bread. I had to go inside the mall to the food court to correct this. Ok I can live with that but you correct my order and you don’t offer anything to compensate for the lack of quality control. So yes my order was fixed but my time was still wasted and for that I give it 2 stars. BTW Peyton is always great. I appreciate his friendliness. Next time in make a mistake it’s good to correct the mistake and offer something even if it’s super small to make up for time.

This location is a 5 Star diamond plus! I have visited this location a few times before leaving this review, this chick fil a is hands down the best chick fil a I have ever eaten at! After continuing to get terrible food at the other two chick fil a’s in Douglasville I figured I would try the one inside the mall ( even though you have to park outside the mall and walk all away to the food court) it was absolutely worth it, the continuous quality of the food and how well everything is cooked to perfection makes it worth it for sure! The fries are always crispy and fried chicken is always cooked perfect with the crispy yet tender and moist on the inside. They don’t charge you extra if you want a salad dressing with you food, even when you didn’t order a salad.

Got my first #1 meal “free for being a First 100” customer today at the Chick-fil-A at Arbor Place Mall. Server (her name was Morgan, THANKS!) was very polite and friendly, service was fast and food was great. She even made sure we had fresh fries.

I was rushed to place my order! The attendant kept walking as the cars moved. I understand they want to get orders out as fast as possible but this is ridiculous. Needless to say, my order was incorrect (it’s right on the receipt but was bagged wrong). Everyone was nice, but again the focus was on getting orders out fast, not getting the orders correct. ☹️

My daughter took my card and ordered a large water and a 4 piece chicken tender meal with a lemonade and they told her they don’t do large water they would have to charge her full price for the water like a drink but then they have the nerve to write h20 on the cup, at this point we should be able to get any drink I want. Ridiculous first just charge me for the cup not a whole drink .constant customer almost everyday not for long.

This place is always fast and very efficient with orders. You’ll place your order then boom they are calling your name. Customer service is also amazing. Nice and very respectful employees. They have drive up delivery which is always booming. The employees are also fast and very helpful to the people receiving their food. Every customer is treated with pride and respect. I will be returning and this will be a go to for even coffee! Not to mention -Breakfast, lunch, or dinner! Everyone is always smiling and polite with ordering and receiving food. Simple request are taken care of without hesitation. Any of the associates actually don’t mind that they helping others go on about their day with their bellies full and smiles from behind the counter. Good job staff! You got my business.
