It’s a real bummer, my family and I have gotten pizza from Papa Murphy’s every Tuesday for over 5 years, it’s a weekly tradition at this point, but they have officially lost our business for good. The pizza is good but the attitude of the girl that helped me was insane. She had to of been 16/17, black hair and braces and her coworker called her Anna-something, I couldn’t make out the last part but this child they have working at this location had the worst attitude I’ve ever seen. I asked for an extra cup of cheese on the side and this girl rolled her eyes so far into her head and acted like it was the worst thing that’s ever happened. My bad for being a paying customer, won’t happen again. We’re looking for new pizza places to replace our Tuesday pizza nights now.

We order weekly from this location and they’re always so great. My daughter doesn’t do cheese so I always have to get my pizza deconstructed and they’re always great at accommodating us. I submit my order through the app and then call in the request.

Ordered from this location due to being in the area. Our order was ready long before the estimated time-on a Friday! The staff were super friendly when I went inside as well. The pizza was better than when we order from the one closer to home! We will be going out of our way to order from this location in the future.

I work at a pizza restaurant myself so I know how chaotic and busy it can get. But I wish the order notes on online orders were given a bit more attentiveness. The past 3 times I’ve ordered here I’ve had missing items when the delivery dropped it off. Other than that, the pizzas are always prepared excellently! The dough is fantastic

So this particular location struggles. A lot. They don’t even begin your online order until you get there to pick it up.
Today, I put in my online order at 4:00 for an ASAP pick up. They printed out ticket at 3:54 and 3:58 and we paid at 5:13.
When I arrived, the worker told me that it’d be a long wait and they were way behind. My food was not ready when I got there. We sat there waiting for 45…..

Thanks, Papa Murphy’s. I missed the start of MLB baseball playoff game that I wanted to see and missed one of my favorite players get a home run.
This order was a swing and a miss by y’all. 100% will find another location to support until they either hire the appropriate amount of people or commit to the pick up times.
Also, poorly made. This slice has nothing but 18 pieces of chicken.
No artichoke.
No bacon.
No spinach.
NO THANKS!
They also ran out of mushrooms, so every person who ordered mushrooms, did not receive them. They did offer us a replacement topping but that’s just not the same.
Poor preparation and execution tonight.

They do a good job of quickly preparing tasty pizza. I was there today to take advantage of their summer deal on simple pizzas. They do not automatically apply the sale price, you have to ask – and when we resolved that the cashier asked her senior if they should do it automatically he said no. To me that feels like planning to draw people in with a sale price you don’t intend to actually offer.
