Ordered a venti drink from this location and requested light ice. About half of the cup was filled with ice. When I asked for less I was told that the iced brown sugar espresso comes with a lot of ice and she can’t sub the drink with more milk. In the midst of my talking she walked off. I asked for a fork or spoon and removed the ice.
Now what’s left is about the amount of a grande. To top it all off it doesn’t taste good. What’s unacceptable is her walking off and continuing to work like she said what she had to and is over it. It’s fine. I need to cool it from Starbucks anyway.

The drink i order from here is different everytime despite me just reordering the same item… the employees need a re-training or a adult supervision. This drink in picture usually has the color of chocolate milk and supposed to have cold foam.

ordered chai. got coffee. I really dislike coffee so this was rather upsetting. didn’t notice until we’d pulled onto the highway.
one lid in order was covered in perfume that made two people nauseated.

Worst starbucks I’ve ever been too. Went around 730 in the evening, guy working was rushing me. There was only 1 other customer in there, it was no reason to rush me. Usually starbucks employees are kind or friendly, this employee was neither. Don’t know how they made my drink as I didnt hear any machines going but it came out super fast and wasn’t good at all. I wouldn’t recommend this location and I won’t be back

My favorite is Mango Dragonfruit Refresher . I drink a lot of different store. But i found Anna. She is the best one i ever had before. The drink is so delicious , so “YUM!” like the way she writes every cup after she made.She is so sweet. She is the best bartender ever. 10/10 stars for Anna. Thank you!

Had the best experience this morning and it is red cup day! The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Red cup day can be chaotic, but they are doing amazing! The two openers this morning were super nice and started off my morning the right way! I normally come mid morning, so being the first in the door was so much fun. Remember to be patient today and any other day. They can only make so many orders at a time.

I came in and was immediately greeted by both employees! But Tulin did an amazing job on my coffee it’s the best one I’ve had at a Starbucks and she was really great at making it an amazing experience in the store very engaging with customers!!! She deserves the best complements!

Service was ok, but this Starbucks is unclean. Storage boxes and items were left open and exposed to the public, The floor near the barista counter was dirty. This place needs to bring itself up to the usual standards of other Starbucks.
