Grand opening was amazing. All the way.. The service was outstanding and attentive and I cannot exactly remember who served me my food but there was a male who worked in the counter and he was nice enough to give me one sauce of each for my meal. I ordered the Deluxe Chicken Sandwich Large Combo with Mac N Cheese and a large drink of my choice. The Dr Pepper was not watered down, the fried crispy and flavored nicely. The chicken sandwich having a great flavor and the toppings bring the freshness to a more balanced level. The Mac n Cheese was amazing as it was cheesy and was delicious. I would come back again. This is not bad for a first impression on a newly opened location and I hope it remains that way.

Will not return here. Long wait times for mobile orders and got my order wrong on multiple occasions. The drive through staff is friendly, but it does not make up for the kitchen staff’s service here.

This is got to be the worst Chick-fil-A in America. They don’t know how to listen. They don’t know how to write down a simple order. Don’t know how to give you the sauces you want please fire everybody and hire a new staff or just shut it down completely. We don’t need it here

I paid 36.00 for lunch three of us we ate outside because we had our dog with us , when I ask for a (pup cup) that all locations give free ( a small cup with whip cream) in it she said .50!!!! I ask who the owner was she said David ? Well David you just lost 3 customers over .50 cents. Josh Prichard in Bremen is wonderful with his customers, you might want to take notes.

Placed an order through the app. Waited 10 min on top of it stating my food was already ready and somebody was going to come and hand it and nobody ever came to bring the food curbside. I got off my vehicle and my food was on the counter and employees were just chit chatting and nobody even bothered to say anything until I came forward asking about my curbside mobile order. Unfortunately this locations service is bad. Never experienced a chick fil a service like the one at this location.
