Food has not been as consistent as I expect from Chick-fil-A. This past weekend in my chicken minis for breakfast one of the nuggets was the size of a peanut. This morning the bread for the minis was very hard when they are supposed to be quite soft.

As far as the quality and service- this location was fine, but on a nationwide level I have to say we were shocked that the biscuits are now miniature. Literally so small!! The peice of chicken looked like a chicken nugget. They are cutting cost by serving much smaller portions- my yogurt was filled up halfway… it’s just sad to see places rip us off and only give half of what we’re paying. So now they are raising prices and cutting portions. Sad state of the country we are in… may have to skip eating out all together if this continues.

Never ordering chick-fil-a delivery again. Y’all charge too much to be giving this level of service. Fries weren’t even done and even though I bought a large they didn’t fill it all the way. they forgot my sauce, they forgot a straw, they were 10 minutes late. So disappointing. They also gave me regular lemonade instead of diet.

I ordered two drinks and a cookie and they somehow managed to mess it up. The cookie tasted burnt and my drinks tasted like carbonated water, not coke. Not to mention I waited in line for over 10 minutes. Waste of time and money.

Me and my boyfriend were finally accepted by Chick-fil-A so we went to get a chicken sandwich, I asked for mayo on mine because I love my creamy white sauces and asked for some big black balls to be rubbed on my Waffle fries and they did just that. I’m not one to complain and make bad reviews but this time I had to. I ordered a chicken sandwich combo and I didn’t even say the word fries. The lady charged me for an extra small fry that I didn’t eat. Then they forgot my milkshake after telling me they would bring it to me but I already finished my whole meal waiting. I go up and told them I had ordered a chocolate milkshake and then they gave me a vanilla one. I never had problems at this chick-fil-A before but I guess there’s new people there or they are on something.
