One of the worst places I’ve been. Went online placed an order! Immediately I was called from a catering manager who couldn’t fill order because of distance! Ended up going into the restaurant was told they couldn’t deliver because the order wasn’t 250…. But the order was 235… the lady manager was very nasty and bad attitude while speaking to her she began very aggressive move head and neck while speaking to me at the register her name was tekina or something similar… very aggressive while there I contacted the other catering manager while I had her on the phone she even heard her speaking aggressively and nasty to me! I ended up having Barrett parkway to fill my order. I even asked for her name and to speak to the store manager she said she was the manager this happened on 01/15 around 740-8am in the morning! The level of aggression and her not willing to help..I definitely will not be ordering anything else from This place!! There’s no place for aggression in the work place at all…I would appreciate a call or email from chick fila … Austell location.. operator is Johnathan Hollis store 00814… worst. Customer service ever!!!

Disappointed today. Not normally a Chic fil A for weekday breakfast customer but my wife received a “reward” for a free sausage, egg and cheese biscuit so was happy to change up the routine and planned to also order some hashbrowns and a chicken biscuit. It still remains unclear as to why, but from the time I pulled up the reward to show the cashier, the QR code was not working. To his credit, he was good to suggest reloading the app and proceed with my order. This caused the reward to disappear. I explained to the next person in the drive- thru about my experience and was told that it was because the promotion was from 2/28 and had expired. Not sure why the reward would show up 4 days later as redeemable. I was annoyed at the unmet expectation and perhaps could have pushed the issue but really did not feel like spending double the amount of money as I had anticipated and so left. I wish the default was to give me the benefit of the doubt and let me have the free sausage biscuit with the rest of my order I was willing to pay for.
To the management and corporate: Please make sure the rewards are not placed in the app if they cannot be redeemed and please encourage your staff to respond that if the app gives a false promise that they can give what the customer was lead to expect, especially one who is already looking to buy more food.

Really Chick-fil-A??? I paid 4 dollars and some change for half a container of yogurt and a few pieces of fruit?!?! 3-stars because the chicken biscuits were good, but the granola parfait is a huge rip off.

I ordered the CLT combo. It was very fresh but, was flavorless, on the small side and the chicken was 1/4 inch thick. For $12.00+ I expected a thicker piece of chicken with a nice seared flavor. The waffle fries were great. The atmosphere was sterile, even with the attentive and friendly staff. It gave me the feeling of a hospital cafeteria. The parking lot is crazy. The center is the store, then a ring of cars going through the drive thru, then 1 layer of parking on the outside. I parked and had to walk through the drive thru ring, then try to find the door on the opposite side of the building. I would have left if I had children because of the danger. Maybe it’s just me, but I won’t be returning.

Yeah food is great and service is fine whatever this location NEVER gives you the sauces you order when you do mobile thru. Never once have I been able to just leave after getting my food. YOUR FOOD IS DRY, POTATO IS A STARCH. Just put it in the dang bag? It’s infuriating having to wave down and employee or run inside just to get some ketchup. All while your food is getting cold. You’ll even ask the deliverer “hey is the sauce in the bag?” “yes” they say AND ITS NOT! You can’t even enjoy your food thinking about how much better it would taste with sauce. It feels like a waste of Money, especially with the way their food has tripled in price. Do better.

I come to this location at least once a week and they always 100% get my order wrong either. I’m missing some items or a missing half my order. I’m a big family of seven and I know it’s a lot when we order but I’m leaving my money at this place and it’s not fair that I’m always having to go ask and then they make a face because maybe they think I’m just being over exaggerating but when you’re missing a whole three entries or missing basically all the fries from every single one of the orders is exhausting

Worst Chick-fil-A experience I’ve ever had I’ve gone here three times thinking it was a fluke but nope.. The ladies specifically taking the drive-through orders flat-out acted like I was inconveniencing them by being there. My chicken tenders came out soggy, cold, and honestly felt undercooked. Fries? Barely warm and I literally counted only eight in my “medium” order. My lemonade was somehow manageable even when its too tart, because the packed to the brim with ice (as always) will somehow water it down. But in that mean time you barely get any actual drink. And for the third time in a row, they “forgot” my sauce. If this is the standard now, god help us all.
I really tried.. I make it a goal not to come to this one anymore but with the one off Thornton being closed at 8:30pm this is my only choice since it’s near my job when I get off.
I should of taken photos because this was disgusting. I wish I had a better word. Like imagine eating soggy cold undercooked feeling tenders and fries with absolutely NO sauce to mask the texture and smell. currently regretting this $10 meal.
I will not being eating at this location, drive through confusing, long wait times, blindspots when driving, not student drive friendly.

I’m writing to share a follow-up on a recent visit that started with a lot of frustration but ended on a high note, thanks to your manager, Briana. Yesterday, I experienced a frustrating system issue where my breakfast order was paid for but canceled, leaving me with only the lunch menu available by the time I arrived. Because breakfast is the only time I typically visit and I’ve had poor experiences at this location under previous management, I let my frustration get the best of me. I spoke to Briana with a lot of attitude, and for that, I am truly sorry.
I came back today to personally apologize, and Briana was absolutely wonderful. She remained professional during our initial encounter, and she was incredibly sweet, accommodating, and made sure I finally got my meal. She is a true asset to your team—if she’s at this location, I know it’s in good hands. Thank you, Briana, for your grace and for turning my experience around!

11/10/25 update to previous review.
Went in to pick up order and item that was not given the last time I came in. Today was given someone else’s specialty sandwich. What is going on here?!!!
I don’t go to C-f-A often but when I do I expect to get the company brand of service. Last night I placed an order for drive thru pick up, scanned and pulled up. My shake came out quickly. Then I waited. Mind you, I was the only car at that time of night. I watched 5-6 young folks, including a manager standing inside talking while I waited for my order. I had asked for extra barbecue sauce from the girl that brought the shake & she said she’d give me some.
1. I was given the same amount of honey roasted BBQ packets that were allowed on the order app.
2. The bun was literally falling apart and I did not get the mayo I requested.
3. The fries were stale.
4. The macaroni and cheese cup was not full.
