Unorganized & no “my pleasures”. This location is my least visited Chik fil a location, but yet the closest to me. The line is longer than the wait to get onto 285 in rush hour traffic. The regular line is long & doesn’t move , and while you’re sitting there waiting to even enter the drive thru you have ample time to place a mobile order which still takes a while to come out. The inside definitely operates smoother but still a little slow.

I’ve never seen a layout of a chickfila like this one. It makes no sense. The mobile line doesn’t make any sense when you barely have anyone over there. Just have two lines for regular orders so there won’t be such a back up. Most chickfila’s I’ve visited have the mobile orders in the same line or just park and wait for them to bring your food to you. I’ve never experienced anyone being rude to me but I never get a my pleasure. Food sometimes is not consistent with being fresh. I never order the brownies anymore because they taste like they’re old. Sometimes the chicken taste hard in certain areas like it had been sitting for a while in their warmer depending on the time of day you visit. You never get your receipt nor do they ask. You always have to request for it and when you do, sometimes you still may not get it. Overall, out of all chickfila’s I have visited this is probably my worst experience.

This location was recently entirely rebuilt so it still has a shine to it. As usual they were more than adequately staffed. We decided to dine in and a team member handed my kids ice cream cones when we stepped up to order, so five stars from them lol. This location is built for an efficient drive thru experience and has a preorder lane if you use the app. Parking is a bit rough, though.

Always appreciate the Chick-fil-A team. They work hard and have the organization down to a science. Today the girl taking orders was obviously a bit stressed but can’t say I blame her, she had a line of cars wrapped around the building. They got my order right and the food was good and it didn’t take long! What else can ya ask for?!

Interesting new remodel. Parking is a nightmare if you’re trying to eat in the actual restaurant. Doesn’t make it very welcoming when you have to walk around the drive-through area just to get to the front door. All parking on the door side is coned off on one side.

I’m a healthcare worker picking up my food for my coworkers. My coworker said that the option to order a bun was not available on the site nor did it give you the option anymore to add a note so when I got to the front I requested to get just a bun and the attendant and the manager told me I had to pay for $.27 for it but I had to get back into the lunch rush line and pay for it through the drive-through. It was not paying for the bun. It was the fact that you would inconvenience me and bring me get back in that long line just to get a $.27 bun. Very poor customer service. The managers name is Taquoia

On 7/13 at approx 8:45PM, ordered 2 salads. Sat in drive through for 15 minutes, they didn’t give us dressing. Asked for it and then got told they don’t give extras. Asked again because they gave us nothing and refused to give more than one despite us ordering multiple. Incompetent, rude, and an abnormal disappointment for CFA. If the woman directing the drive through staff was a manager, she should not be employed.

Manager was rude to me this morning. There was an incident involving the police outside the store and I was trying to access the drive thru lane for my mobile order. There was a cone placed to block off the lane so I tried to circle around and couldn’t because the cops had blocked off the exit. So I started backing him up to try to get out and here comes this lady raising her voice at me for no reason. When all I was trying to do is find a way out of the premises because they could no longer take the orders.
