Made it a lunch stop, had a couple Spicy Chicken Sandwiches. Stepped right up and was greeted by a team member ready to take my order. Food was brought to my table quickly. Really good.

I will never ever buy anything from this Chick-fil-A store 3555 Peachtree Industrial Blvd. location .The racism i experience in the drive-through line by customer service was unbelievable. The white woman told me she couldn’t serve me. I was never being disrespectful in anyway, I sit in my car and was waiting patiently, and just as I try to give her my order she look at me and she said I cannot serve you and walk away to serve everyone else behind me. The Hispanic girl came along I said, good afternoon I would like to place my order she just look at me as well and said she got to take care of the next line that have all her hispanic people . To my surprise, I was the only black person in the drive-through at that time. I try to make a complaint to the manager they send this little black kid out to me to say he was the manager poor soul

One of the best restaurant chains serving really good chicken options! I’ve eaten at multiple Chick-fil-A and never been disappointed. The taste is consistent across all outlets and service is good as well (except for airports). Highly recommend the Chicken Spic Supreme sandwich and tenders as well! Don’t forget their sauces, they are really good, my favorite is the Sriracha one. And lastly, the pear milkshake is something you cannot miss, I’ve not had a better one so far!

If you’re looking for a delicious chicken sandwich and a fast drive-thru experience, Chick-fil-A is the place to go. This location has come a long way from its days as one of the worst in Georgia, and the food and service are both top-notch. Let’s hope they can keep it up!

My favorite Chick-fil-A BY FAR!!! Not only do they have the 30 count nuggies that I absolutely destroy, but the staff is absolutely amazing! Very friendly and super helpful. Definitely one of my favorite places to go to just to get a nice, delicious meal.

Tables not cleaned off. No flowers on all tables. Customer service is ok. Not as cheery as other chick fil a so not as inviting. Fries were a bit over done. Fresh but overcooked. Overall pretty under the normal chick fil a expectations

This is low rating if a culmination of experiences. This location made me realize the franchise just isn’t that big of a deal. I can’t remember the last time I had fresh fries, talking years. Every-time I ask for fresh fires I either get refried or old fries still. When they put “fresh fries” in the request and they Bri g you a bag in 30 seconds there’s no way they even tried. Idk, whatever. If I asked McDonalds for fresh fries they’d ask me to pull forward and wait, never once have I experienced this with Chick-fil-A. They just give you what they have like you didn’t make the request at all.

This is my second time I’ve came and they have gotten my order wrong but what makes it worse ; to the cashier that used Register 54 iPad 5 trans number 8715 @ 8:22. You not focused on your job. Didn’t read my order back KNOWING she didn’t hear me the first time didn’t read my total so I can realize she had it wrong and then had an ATTITUDE. Never would I have thought I would be writing this but plz teach your staff to focus listen and properly engage with customers. Thank you.
