This is a very busy location especially being right off Interstate I-285. All of the team members that I interacted with had genuine smiles, were very pleasant and happy to help! Sarah Wah, my cashier was particularly pleasant and friendly and made for an awesome customer service experience. My ordered was quickly processed, prepared, and served at the table that I was seated. My meal was very fresh, delicious, and accurately prepared. The bathrooms were maintained and the tables kept clean. They have a nice outdoor seating area with large sun umbrellas but the temperature was 85 ° and it was raining off and on with an unstable weather pattern- so that was a “No Go!” The drive-thru was rather busy and the employees work cohesively to “Keep It Moving.” I will definitely be returning to this location when I am passing through via Interstate I-285.

I knew I should’ve gone to the Hugh Howell location, the service there is always ten stars and never a disappointment. Today, I sat through a long line only to get home and find burnt fries. Really? This is supposed to be the Chick-fil-A way? The food quality is unacceptable, and I won’t be returning to this location. Very disappointing.

I ended up throwing away more fries than I ate, which not only wasted my money but left me very dissatisfied. This experience does not reflect the Chick-fil-A standard I’ve come to expect, and frankly, I am upset. I hope this issue is addressed so that other customers do not have the same experience.

I didn’t ask for WELL DONE FRIES!!!!!!!

I could never figure out why they serve such salty food here. I had the chicken breakfast sandwich with egg and cheese. It was so salty! Egg and chicken sandwich— kind weird really? And you get about 10 very little potato rounds which was a joke. Milk was only 7 oz…. Kid size but I don’t drink coffee or sodas. 9 dollars! What the? Then I ordered the spicy chicken on a very dry biscuit! The chicken was cut to make it smaller! what the?

The fried chicken sandwich for lunch was overly expensive like all their items. It was so plain and dry too. One pickle! Surprisingly they didn’t cut it in half too! Nada mas! But the poster shows a few pickles!

Gosh what a total waste really, but kids seem to like the fast food fat food.

Respectful employees! Clean restaurant too! Like Tesla and Nike…. A culture of blindness. Nothing is delicious but possibly delusional! Definitely not Sustainable with a huge amount of throwaways!!!

And that sauce is what!? Soybean oil!! It’s amazing how a company exists on serving high fat, high salt and high calorie chicken and mock the burgers! And stay closed on Sunday…. Holy Crapfood!

Went through the drive thru on a Saturday night, shortly before closing. What started out as bad only got worse. I was totally not impressed with the level of customer service that was (not) given. I ordered a 12 count nugget combo. With that I asked for no salt and if they could kindly minimize how many of the fries were with the ends covered with skin. I was immediately given a hard time, being told they cannot do it and they just scoop out the fries and put them in a container. I asked if they could just kindly try to make sure I don’t have a container full of mostly skin ends (they taste like dirt to me and I won’t eat them). At the drive thru pick up window I reiterated my request. I was immediately told they cannot do this and they just scoop the fries in and they have no control. I then told them this is the first chick Fila that would refuse to even try to honor this request. She then went to her coworker fulfilling orders and they both started laughing at me. They then started to talk to Summer in the back. They kept looking at me at the drive thru window and back to summer laughing. At this point I was afraid to eat my meal because the young coworkers were giving me such a hard time then doing things I couldn’t see while they giggled and laughed the whole time. I didn’t trust the scenario to enjoy my food at a restaurant that over the years I’ve learned to trust. Suddenly I felt unsafe and untrusting of it. Before I drove off, they said no one has ever asked for anything like this before and they don’t know how to pick out fries because they are short staffed. To me, someone who has been a manager in the customer service industry, they lacked maturity, lacked customer focus and the customer is paying their wages, and they lacked obvious leadership as they couldn’t self solve or do something simple without laughing and mocking the customer. This is not impressive and is not acceptable.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 Stars — Always an amazing experience!

Every time I go to Chick-fil-A, I’m reminded why it’s one of my favorite places to eat. The staff is always so kind, polite, and fast — they truly live up to their reputation for excellent customer service.

The food is always fresh, hot, and delicious — especially the kids menu with 2 chicken strips and waffle fries (you can never go wrong with those. Highly recommend to ask them to change the toy for ice cream cup!). I also love how clean the restaurant always is, and how the employees go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect.

Whether I’m grabbing breakfast on the go, lunch during a busy day, or just stopping by for a milkshake, I always leave happy.

Thank you, Chick-fil-A, for keeping such high standards and making every visit feel special.

I had the BEST experience just now 10/8 @ 11:20. I just wanted to let higher ups know since I didn’t get no names. From the beginning the young lady greeted me and also mentioned about the wonderful match donations they were doing for CHOA. I did a mobile order and the line was quick. But the person who I really want to give praise is the owner or manger who greeted me. “Every day is a good day”. Something I prayed and needed to hear. He was kind and greeted with the best smile. Thank You Chick-fil-A for picking great leadership for this location!
