This Chick-fil-A is always a huge miss. They don’t care if you’re a walk in or picking up inside. ALL they care about is the drive thru. I’ve worked in fast food before, you need to take care of inside too instead of only caring about DT times.
I ordered my food today before coming in and waited 10 minutes inside for my carryout order. No one greeted me, said a word to me or asked me my name to check on me. The managers only care about inside regulars & drive thru. I only come here if I really want Chick-fil-A, but I don’t think I’ll be back to this location. The same thing happens every time I visit. Would give 0 stars if I could

Ugh! Always check your order before you leave this drive-thru! This Chick fil a CONSISTENTLY shorts me on items, to the point I always check before I pull out. This time around, I was short TWO sandwiches. It was an order with four meals…four entrees, four fries, four drinks. How do you leave out two of the entrees, it is simple counting!? And how do you leave out food so consistently when your prices are so high? If I’d driven home and realized I was short two sandwiches, I would have been HOT!!! That’s almost ten dollars!!!
Yes, they give you the food when you point out what’s missing but why do I have to check my order every time?? They are so unreliable, it borders on dishonesty. Also, the drink carriers they provide do not hold the drinks securely and they will spill in your car since they also don’t attach the lids securely. I had half a cup of fruit punch soaking into my seat after one visit. UGHHH. Sadly this is the one closest to my house so I’ll keep going there but I’ll also keep CHECKING my order because I don’t like throwing good money away and not getting the items I’ve been charged for. For the kids working the drive through…take an extra minute or two and GET THE ORDER RIGHT!! You may not care about customers’ money now but someday you’ll understand how hard it is to be cheated out of money in this way!!

Great chick-fil-a!!! My 4 year old really LOVES the indoor playground and the fried nuggets & milkshakes. I enjoy the kale salad & grilled nuggets!
It’s also nice that they have a stepstool in the bathroom so kids can reach in the sink. They also have comfortable booth seats for people with back pain. And all the staff is always so kind.

so far a great experience! the employees were kind and bubbly; they didn’t forget everyone’s desired sauces (unlike some places). and i gotta say the spicy deluxe and spicy southwestern salad were pretty tasty!

Consistently one of the slower chik fil a locations in my experience, so I’m only rating it in in comparison to other locations. Food is still good and wrong/missing items are quite rare.

The drive thru takes forever. I was given my order this morning without a straw for my drink, no napkins, and no salsa that comes with the breakfast burrito. No one answered the phone when I tried to tell someone what had happened.

Never had a problem with this location until recently. This is a large fry. Might as well not pay extra and get a med or small. Not even close to being full. 3 large fries and we’re filled to the middle. Not even close to 3/4 or the top.

This is a very nice chick-fil-a, brand new. Customer service on point as always, was here for a business meeting, and throughout the meeting, several employees asked if we would like refills. I always get my fries well done, they’re so delicious that way!!

Stopped at this location this morning before heading to work. Busy but moving as usual, I used the drive thru. Pulled in, two girls(both Caucasian) standing talking. I went to the right lane the car behind went to the left. One girl noticed us pull up, she looked at me in my face then went to the car(a Caucasian family) that was behind me! I waited for the other girl to turn around and acknowledge me to proceed with taking my order. She looked up, looked me in my face then turned around to go back to whatever she was going so after 5 minutes of pulling in being overlooked once then a second time she comes over to take my order. Says she thought she’d taken my order lol I make my order and leave. Get my food and it’s literally crumbs, I’d rather had been told you didn’t have the ingredients left to prepare what I was ordering than to waste my money. This is totally unacceptable! Terrible service and terrible food! I eat Chick-fil-A quite often and while I’m not sure what your views are on racism your employees still bring their own personal opinions to work and it shows! I definitely won’t be dining again! As usual racism wins
