Great food as usual, but the servers ignored us until we asked for more tea. The lady then insisted to help transfer a chocolate pudding pie into a “to go” container. I told her no, but she insisted. She dropped the pie, finished putting the mess into the container and walked away. I didn’t complain to management because I have family members that work for the Pappas family. We will not return to this establishment.

Pleasant and Peaceful family friendly atmosphere, simple food for a great price, and I was astonished by the customer service. 1 employee in particular Mr. Lynn took care of me and my family while seated making sure that we had everything we needed in order to enjoy our meal and experience at Luby’s. Also secured and returned my phone to me after having left it by mistake ❤️. Bless this establishment.

Nostalgic family eating site for us. Four Generations in our family have enjoyed small and large gatherings at Luby’s. Through the years the elders in the group have delighted in bringing the “newest” in the family to the “buffet” of great choices. From the jello, to the filled plates, to the soft, round rolls each person gets his best choice.
Each person is eager and excited to find their Favorite…

Food was good. The service was great. Salt and pepper containers need to be replaced. It will not work for a disabled person with one arm. Old school salt and pepper shakers would be better.

Food and line service were excellent. Our waitress was She came to our table maybe three times and kept asking us if we wanted to go cups while we were still eating, making us feel rushed. We asked for a refill amd she took 10-15 minutes to come back because she stopped and chatted with another table. She caterd more to that specific tabe than anyone else. I understand she knows them but she has a job to do first. Finally we asked for 2 refills in to go cups. She only brought back 1 cup then hurries off before I could tell her I also had a refill. We waited for my refill. She finally came back and asked if we needed anything else. I told her I needed my tea and before I could tell her I didn’t want the large cup, she was walking away. We won’t be back solely based on this lady’s horrible service.

I went into this restaurant because I’ve been traveling and I knew I could count on fresh food and great service at Luby’s. That’s not what happened at all. I had a cup to discard from my vehicle when I came in and I did not do with no trash barrels outside and I was told that they would not allow me to throw a cup out in the trash. So no trash barrels outside and no way to discard them. Any waste or trash by all means this is not southern hospitality at all and I will never spend my money here again. What can I say about luby’s?It is steeped in my family’s tradition, and I have some of the best memories sharing quiet moments and long conversations with my dad before he passed. The food is always superb at the webster location and i’m so grateful.They didn’t close.I just can’t say anything negative about it.Our server was fantastic as well.We even shared some homemade christmas treats with him.That we were passing around our table.

Horrible take out experience. The big colored girl working the take out booth was rude and just mean. She was very mad because I interrupted her “cell phone” time when I showed up. Then asked me “watcha need”! Never said hi or hello…how may I help you etc. She couldn’t reread me my order…then got it wrong. She got mad when I corrected her. After preparing my order and handing it to me….she got mad when I double checked it and was missing two sides and gravy. The customer behind me was shocked! She said “unbelievable”! This employee needs to be removed from interacting with customers there. I spoke with the customer mentioned outside, and she even said she wouldn’t be back. Horrible management!
